I've supported this business on Walton in Pontiac for over 3 years. After my purchase, the owner denied me a bag telling me had I purhased a larger sub or more I would've received a bag. Note that I needed a bag to place in my child's back pack. The owner would not give me my money back. Had I known a bag was not included, I would've gone elsewhere. Needless to say, he saved ten cent on a bag and lost a regular weekly customer.

This is the Subway on Walton Blvd between Joslyn and Baldwin Rds. in Pontiac. As I entered that Subway restaurant the first thing I asked is do they take subway coupons? The worker said "no". I said "you've got to be kidding me". The only offer they have is a certain footlong sub for $6.99 (no meal in that price). Just the 12" sub. I had a coupon for a 12" sub of my choice, chips or two cookies ? and a medium drink for $8.99. That Subway is going to lose business. I guarantee it. If a family comes in there with 2 or 3 kids. Their bill would be outrageous especially for 6" and 12" sub sandwich meals. Flippin up to $60 bucks for a family of six. No thank you. To all customers out there. This Subway will not honor any coupons whatsoever. It is absolutely ridiculous. The coupons come in the mail and there are tv infomercials as well. This location will lose business soon enough. Just for that reason. Don't go there unless you want to pay full price every time. Good luck when they accept coupons again.. whenever that'll be ??. Which I'm thinking will never happen

Service with a smile and the young lady handled multiple customers on her own with ease. Always clean and the associates are very nice. Try the new chicken salad, it's a very tasty addition to all the other subs.

The dude that works here is always super cool. But the blonde lady behind the counter has got to be one of the rudest people i have came across. Its like everything i ask her to add to my sub she gets more rude. Very weird atmosphere at this place.

Whenever I go there the service is bad , there is only 2 owners there and this rude girl working. I went in there today the girl said I will be with you in a minute I'm doing an on line order. I'm like ok, other people came in after me and she called one of the owners to take care of them. They were taken care of before of me because I wanted a Meatball marinara sub. When I asked why. They told me I should've said that when I first came in ????. You told me to wait a minute becuz you were doing an on line order. On top of that they put my sub on the wrong bread and didn't give me crackers for my soupl. Made me wait for my wrong order and insulted me ...UGH!!!!
