When I went in there was a sign up saying they had broccoli cheddar soup the gentleman told me they didn't have it I said but you need to take your sign down he just shook his head and then he was very rude so I left that is not the way you treat your customers and I know I have worked for Subway

Never coming here again. Guy is slow didn't realize he was out lettuce when doing my sub and I had to wait for him to get some and took him literally 41 min and my sub got hard and cold now. I ask for a new one and he got very heated with him and so I just walked out.

Dude doesn’t know how many Online orders he has which is quite irritating when someone has to be somewhere in an hour wasting 30 minutes to not even put in order Is crazy! Guy trying to give online orders to other people dude doesn’t even know what the heck he’s doing!

I ordered o line and got to the store early I stood there for almost 5 minutes watching the half prepared sandwiches sit on thr counter while the 2 ladies working there stand in the corner talking. When I asked for different food that hasn't been sitting there the manager agreed with me telling me it wasn't sitting out. When I said I had been standing there looking at it she gets loud and tells me if I don't want it i can get out. I never git loud or said anything off color. This is my 3rd bad experience in this subway, the only reason I stopped there is because it was the one I was passing by but from now on I will drive out of my way to go to one with better service.

Didn't get the extra meat we ordered again...and my steak sub had no onions and only 1 green pepper unfortunately. Maybe we'll try another location next time.
How in the hell you order a # 6 but the sandwich maker didn't know that it with meatballs and pepperoni.The worse subway experience I ever had I would not be back to that store on East Walton Blvd.

I've supported this business on Walton in Pontiac for over 3 years. After my purchase, the owner denied me a bag telling me had I purhased a larger sub or more I would've received a bag. Note that I needed a bag to place in my child's back pack. The owner would not give me my money back. Had I known a bag was not included, I would've gone elsewhere. Needless to say, he saved ten cent on a bag and lost a regular weekly customer.
