It's been a while since I've been to taco bell, but for years the crunchwrap has been my go-to. I was excited to bite into the nostalgia instead to find the most pathetic attempt at a crunchwrap. Is this how crunchwraps are made now? Not sure if this is how they're done at all taco bells or just this location. There was *maybe* a tablespoon of beef (for 3/4ths of the wrap, it appeared they had forgotten the meat all together.) It was about half the thickness I remember it being. Definitely won't be ordering from here again.

Hey so if you worked the drive thru window at 629pm on 10/28/2025 maybe you should make sure your mic is off before you start badmouthing customers. Literally had me waiting 15 mins just to order and then you got the nerve to have attitude for me ordering food??

Sink was missing in girls bathroom. Police showed up to hunt the bandit down. Im serious. Food was okay. Had to use the kiosk inside. I HAD to use the kiosk. I like talking face to face... Woman at counter was nice.

My tacos are always soggy when I visit this location.
I ordered a number 1 which is the 3 tacos supreme, when I got home I noticed that they weren’t supreme just regular tacos. Not a big deal mistakes happen. I called to see if they could fix my order and I asked for a manager a girl who claimed to be the manager didn’t know what combo number 1 was. She couldn’t speak well and seemed to not know what she was doing. She was incompetent and slow. There’s no way she was a manager. I just hung up and called corporate office. I won’t visit this location again.
