I always have wonderful service here :) the staff is always so wonderful and friendly! They do burn my food on the regular though... It probably happens every third time I go. It's never uneatable but a bummer nonetheless.

Waited my whole lunch hour in line. Called to ask the manager what was going on. I expected him to say equipment was down or something. Instead he got an attitude and said sorry it was really busy, meanwhile I'm watching them fail to take a drive through order for at least 5 minutes. Yeah I know it's busy, it's lunchtime. Get it together taco bell or at least lower your prices back to normal. You can't spike price while quality and service plummet. Never returning to this location.

Has gotten way to pricey- Way out of hand!! We have started getting our food from a nice restaurant- Definitely feel like we got our money's worth. More healthy too!! Tired of the gouging that's been going on since the pandemic. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!

They never get your order right, ticket times are always slow, items aren’t always stocked properly. Doors will be locked during the lunch hour which they cannot do. I’m tired of them always messing up my order with slow and unacceptable service.
ThI y close 2 hours early and sit at the window and won their phone saying “ we just work here” every location in Pontiac is absolutely terrible and disappointing

Avoid at all costs and go to any other tacobell they're are 2 both 10 min away (sylvan lake and auburn hills). This franchise is the most consistently bad tacobell I have ever witnessed. Between the hour long wait in line and hit or miss on your order being correct I am surprised it is still operational. How do you only have 2 workers during lunch rush basically everyday? The gentleman making the food and girl at the window were sweet, but management step your game up. I witnessed 5 cars leave the line for how long it took to even get to the speaker, and one leave at the speaker. Do better.

I placed an online order and waited 40 minutes to get just to the speaker. By the time I got to the speaker they had 1 car at the window but told me they’d be with me in a second….probably another 5-10 minutes go by I cancelled my order while still at the speaker and left. DO NOT GO HERE AT LUNCH TIME AT ALL

Terrible. The ppl there don’t want to work there. Your order will not be taken for over 10 minutes at the intercom you’ll sit there and someone with an attitude will answer.. take your time and drive out further for better service.

I went there and there were no customers inside or in the drive thru. I ordered fries and at the window I asked if I could add a pop to my order. The cashier told me I would need to come in or drive around to order a pop. Most places will add it to the order and give you a new order total. I couldn't believe it!
