Over the past year the craving for Taco Bell has hit me maybe three times. If the franchise owner sees this, please realize how terribly mismanaged this location is...First time, took absolutely forever to go through the drive through, like maybe 20 minutes...Second time place was closed during lunch rush, weird but I get it, staffing issues happen. No sign or anything though which is frustrating.Third time I went inside to order, I stood at the register for no joke 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Employees laughing and joking but no one approached me.Fourth and last time today, 11.30 am and no one is here again (cars parked, lights on, doors locked and no one responding at drive through)

They gave me old hard chulupas with cold meat. Spent my hard earned money on garbage. They definitely need new employees during the night shift that won't purposely serve hard and cold food. Food should always be fresh or just close down before u get somebody sick

Hours say they’re open until 1am, but this isn’t true. Both times I tried to go through the drive thru around 10pm, they were “closed.” The first time, they ignored me at the speaker even though lights were on and “open” sign was lit. Second time, we asked if they were open and the employee just responded with “we’re not taking orders.” Employees could be seen both times inside standing around on their phones.

CHECK YOUR ORDER.They cant seem to get anything right if you customize your order. Every time i tell them no ice please. Every time i have to remind them i said no ice as they give me a half filled cup of ice with my drink. I ask for a beef Chalupa. They strongly believe i should eat the original option, chicken. Im here for a good time not a long one, i want my beef chalupa.Also, sauce packets must be deducted from the employees check bc they never ask if you want them and when you ask for a hand full of fire, theyll give you 3 or 4. How that works with multiple meals is the question of the year.

We came to the drive thru last night at 1:15 ish and the gentleman working the drive thru told us we had to come in to place our order because drive thru was closed for the evening. Now maybe it’s me but that’s backwards as hell for this time of night. Then as we drive around he is just standing in the lobby on his phone. Just seems odd but maybe that’s policy.

They take so long just to take an order. Was given ground beef instead of steak just be aware. It's going to take a long time to order waiting in line. And check your food to make sure you get what you pay for..

When they asked me for my order it was a “go ahead” not a how can I help you nothing, then after I would say every item they continued with “mhm”. Got this Mexican pizza and it looks horrible. It’s smashed. This probably the reason that class action lawsuit against Taco Bell was legit cause it doesn’t look good, horrible service. They didn’t give me straws, didn’t ask if I wanted sauce I had to inconvenience them and wait in the drive through waving to get their attention to get them to come to the window. They had so much stuff smashed into one bag. The cinnamon twists had hardly any cinnamon
