Everytime we go through there we have an incident. This time we seem to have gotten someone else's food... We were the only car there and ordered at the speaker. When they first opened we were happy to see Taco Bell within a reasonable distance. But we're really tired of wasting money there. They never handle complaints with poise. They literally talk about you among each other if you expect them to communicate or fix anything. I know because I walked in after waiting in the car for too long and they were openly talking about us. I'm not a disrespectful person. So I expect others to treat me with the same courtesy

I ordered here last night, and received this crap . 4 tacos broke in half, only meat on one side of taco had no lettuce because they said 15 minute wait on lettuce. Never again.

I was rudely told I was “gonna be on hold for a minute” i sat at the drive thru window for 7 minutes with no response. When I decided to leave, 3 employees were hanging out in the front window. There were no cars in the parking lot at the time, and nobody else in the drive thru. If Taco Bell is going to price gouge its customers, they cold at least have the decency to hire people who want to take orders.

This is a great option for vegetarian if you are out late at night. Tried mexican pizza and spicy potato soft taco. I liked it for the time.

Very slow , 4 ppl working , everytime a car came in the drive thru they would stop working on my order to make that one , this happened 4 times , I had a simple Taco order that was it, most places would make that in like 2 minutes not sure what the holdup was at this one, 25 minutes later I got my order
