Worst customer service around. If u like waiting 20 mins for 3 items check this spot out u will not be disappointed if u enjoy wasting your entire lunch hour waiting.

Changed my review due to the poor service my fiance and I have received the last 2 times we have visited this location. It's like the night crew purposely mutilates your order because they have to do their job. They ignore the drive thru and the line backs up so long people leave and the ones that wait patiently will get food that's unappealing and it looks like it was thrown in the bag from the back of the kitchen. My wife's food was burnt and didn't receive what she ordered and my order was half made, cold soggy and completely wrong. I'm not the complaining type but this was the second time and the same crew. They really need proper supervision at night. That will be my last time visiting this location. I would have uploaded pictures of the food and how sloppy and half thrown together, but I was so frustrated about it that we ate what we could and threw the rest away since we were hungry and was on the road driving most of the day.

I've gotten my order wrong at many Taco bells before. As a result I may have been a little bit rude unintentionally. Even so they got my order perfectly right and were really nice about it. Amazing store.

Four employees inside the store, store has been open for over an hour. Yet they just ignore people at their drive thru and pretend nobody’s there. Horrible service, apparently they’re opposed to make money and serving paying customers. I advise hiring people who want to work.

I only come to this location because it is convenient and close by to where I live. This Taco Bell is never open according to their hours posted. I mobile ordered this morning and nobody was at the location to serve customers, and I had to cancel the order. About 2 weeks ago, I mobile ordered and tried to pick up inside the store and the doors were locked, like they always are. Because they refuse to serve customers inside for some reason. I pulled up to the speaker and they told me to pull forward for my order. I waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes on one of the hottest days of the summer, and ended up having to call them while I was in the drive thru to ask if I could pick up my order inside. I was told "their fryers were down". It would have been nice to know that before they told me to pull forward and being stuck behind another car waiting for their food for almost 40 minutes. I am really hesitant to keep visiting this location.

this is the absolute worst Taco Bell that ever existed. they have NEVER gotten an order correct, and wait times are always over twenty minutes a car. the staff is not professional or even capable. this Taco Bell should just level itself and start over…. as a McDonalds.

The worst drive thru experience

I came through the drive thru and I did come with the expectation of waiting a little bit but when you wait in line for around 10 minutes and then at the speaker for a couple of minutes you kind of get impatient. They took about 4 orders before mine, so I wasn’t really expecting not to have my order taken. I went ahead and left the line to try their indoor dining area after waiting in the drive thru. The doors were locked, so I couldn’t even try that option. It says 9am to 12am on their door so I’m not sure if their indoor was open or not but either way this Taco Bell needs to do better.
