I was rudely told I was “gonna be on hold for a minute” i sat at the drive thru window for 7 minutes with no response. When I decided to leave, 3 employees were hanging out in the front window. There were no cars in the parking lot at the time, and nobody else in the drive thru. If Taco Bell is going to price gouge its customers, they cold at least have the decency to hire people who want to take orders.

This is a great option for vegetarian if you are out late at night. Tried mexican pizza and spicy potato soft taco. I liked it for the time.

Very slow , 4 ppl working , everytime a car came in the drive thru they would stop working on my order to make that one , this happened 4 times , I had a simple Taco order that was it, most places would make that in like 2 minutes not sure what the holdup was at this one, 25 minutes later I got my order

NO BREAKFAST SERVED! Even though they open at 9am, they don’t serve breakfast. I went right at 9am and saw employees just arriving. In the drive thru they told me “We are open but we need some time to get things ready.” So do you open at 9am or not?! I promptly left disappointed. Do better Taco Bell!

Every time I come here it’s 30 minutes for a two person order, and I am by no means exaggerating, and on top of that, they’re out of a staple item every day! A week ago they were out of Doritos Locos Tacos, today they’re out of Baja Blast. I’ve been to more Taco Bells than I can count, but this one is the only one to make you pull up and wait with NO LINE! If you’re seeing this, go to the McDonalds next door. You’ll have your food in 5 minutes.

Stopped here last night 2/27 after work and the woman running DT was very pleasant. I wasn’t expecting to get the same experience 2 days in a row !! But tonight I stopped and the young man running DT was very much pleasant as well, all my items in my bag both times! I love exceptional customer service. Thank you guys for an overall great experience
