The tacos are so good! Full of flavor plus they are not too greasy. I’m glad I live close but I would even drive a good distance for them if I didn’t live nearby. These tacos are my go to place now. Definitely try these tacos if you see their truck!!
Wheelchair accessibility: The food truck has plenty of space in the parking lot to maneuver around.

Do NOT eat here if you have Celiac - one of those places that'll swamp out a gluten free bun but won't check the other ingredients. My husband stopped by here earlier to inquire as to whether they'd be able to accommodate someone with Celiac disease, as they have a lot of gluten-free items on their menu, and they said that they were very careful, etc. When we ordered, I explained that I had Celiac to the waitress and she told me that the chips had gluten, and so would just nix them. She had to ask about whether other items on the burger had gluten (not her fault, but clearly not a concern of the restaurant's). Of course, when the burgers came, mine had a huge side of chips touching my burger, and the woman who brought it (not our original waitress) didn't mention whether the bun was gluten free, and there was no indication that it was (no allergen marker, etc). To the waitress's credit, when I sent it back she showed me her ticket and she'd written ALLERGY all over my order - absolutely not her fault, but can't trust a kitchen like that. I did not feel comfortable eating anything else there. My husband liked his burger, though.
Great food all around. I love having choices when you have meat besides carnitas and carne

My friends and I eat lunch at Vinsetta every year during the Dream Cruise. My significant other and I were in town for an event at the M1 Concourse, and I wanted him to enjoy the food and ambiance. We had the special BLT pizza and cranberry pomegranate “sloshes.” Everything was excellent. Ash was our server. She was a lot of fun and did a good job humoring my friend. :) See you in July!
Prices went up 30% for the entire menu, but the burger quality went down. I could barely eat my bun it was so hard. Disappointing. I will pay extra for a good burger, but this is expensive and poor quality, will be hard to go back, especially when Grey Ghost burgers are much less and sooooo much better!
