The Captain's Table Fish and Chicken

I wanted to give a 0 star rating but I could not so I gave them a one star rating. I placed an order through the Too Good to go app this morning between 6-7 AM. And was told to pick up my order between 3 and 4 PM today. When I got there at 3:05, I was told that they needed 15 minutes to prepare the order. I went back outside to wait and 2 minutes later I get notification from the app that the restaurant canceled the order.
When I went back inside to inquire as to what happened, the employees stated that it was the app and not the restaurant that canceled the order. By this time, it's 3:15, and I get an email from the app Stating that the restaurant has canceled my order. I showed this to the employees and again, they seem to not know what was going on. They blamed it on the manager.
If they had canceled my order before I got there, I would have understood, but to send me outside to wait 15 minutes just to cancel the order is unacceptable. If they do not plan to honor the app, then they should not be on it.

Really like thier food. Just warning for those watching thier salt intake... some of thier food come with a salt type seasoning (i.e hush puppies.... fish) that is pretty strong but you have the option to tell them lite or "no" seasoning. Fish, chicken strips, hush puppies are really good! My wife loves thier fried okra!

Ordered orange roughy and they sent swai fish instead mushy unable to eat at all they are selling swai frozen swai as orange roughy and getting away with it too be careful if you get delivery

The service was amazing and the food was ready very quickly ? The cashier Ayesha was very nice and friendly so it made the service way better

Wheelchair accessibility: It's really easy for someone with a disability like wheelchair to enter the building especially because they have a disability Parking parking spot right by the door

My first visit to the area and I wanted seafood! This place had good reviews so I tried it!!! The fried okra and hush puppies were the SUPERSTARS of the dish, along with this White Dust, that was so good it could be considered good crack, lol!!! I ordered the 3 pc whiting and the portion was huge, and the fish was ‘okay’ I would like to try another fish to see if that made the difference… The whiting wasn’t seasoned very well and I wasn’t a fan of the tartar… However the coleslaw was WVERYTHING a good coleslaw should be!!! Overall, I would try this place again, the guy recommended the cod, maybe that would be better… Thank you for the good experience ?

Had the 3 piece walleye, fries and slaw. It was some of the best fried fish I've had. Fries were crisp and seasoning was great. Slaw was awesome as well. Am here on business and will return before I leave and get the catfish.

I’m an employee there and the food is great hot and fresh nothing can compare to the good food so I ask for everyone who don’t know that where open come out and get this fresh and tasty food

The food was so good, so fresh. The chicken tenders were big and juicy!! You can tell the oil they fried it in was clean.
