This is the second time my order has not been correct. On 10/7 they forgot my hash brown in my order. Today on 10/11 I tried telling the lady they forgot my hash brown the other day and she just walked off. And have me a pumpkin spice muffin, when I asked for a donut. I was so frustrated and running late so I just pulled off. I understand the get busy, but they do this quite regular. I never do a review, but today was very uncomfortable, and she literally turn off while I was talking to her and walked off. That's very bad customer service. They barely every give you a receipt, and most of the time you have to request it. I paid cash so I had no proof of the error of both orders.

The lack of menu knowledge, care in food prep and the appearance of the establishment are the main reasons I will not go back! Every time they mess up an order. The sweet little older lady that works in the morning … bless your heart I have seen and heard how your coworkers speak to you!

8/7/24 - Twice now, Tim Horton's has failed to provide the artisan bread for my chili and turkey bacon club. On July 24th, I got a refund. Today, no refund was possible, which is frustrating and rather confusing.

An associate, without my consent, used my phone to submit a ticket under my name, breaching my trust. I submitted another ticket to clarify and followed up with a call to customer service, only to be told by the agent that they couldn't help. Supervisors aren't allowed to take direct calls, and they couldn't provide a time frame for a callback. I mentioned that due to service issues and work constraints, I often miss calls.

This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. The lack of proper customer service, both in-store and via their phone line, is concerning. Tim Horton's needs to address these issues promptly.

7/24/24 - Chili and turkey bacon club were ok, not as good as other Tim's. Everything seems so haphazardly put together, like there's not much care.

Not sure how you can mess up a cafe mocca - half coffee, half hot chocolate, whip cream, and chocolate drizzle. They put a dot of whip cream and no chocolate drizzle and charged for it all.

On top of it all they tried to give me this hot cup without a sleeve and I had to ASKS for one. Just because you don’t want to work fast food doesn’t mean you don’t need to do your job otherwise get another one

the app constantly has items missing, this location almost never gets my order right, and the people at the drive thru seem like they hate their job

I like this location, but the young lady that works the drive-thru in the mornings during the week cheats you by anywhere from 2 cents to 10 cents EVERY DAY that she works. I have allowed her to do it for months without reporting her, but it needs to stop, especially if she does it to every car, every day.

I’m not sure why the reviews for this location are so bad. Service was super quick at the drive through, the girl who look my order was very nice and professional, and they made my drink order correct, which most locations don’t even though it’s something straight off the menu with no modifications.
