This is the second time my order has not been correct. On 10/7 they forgot my hash brown in my order. Today on 10/11 I tried telling the lady they forgot my hash brown the other day and she just walked off. And have me a pumpkin spice muffin, when I asked for a donut. I like this location, but the young lady that works the drive-thru in the mornings during the week cheats you by anywhere from 2 cents to 10 cents EVERY DAY that she works. I have allowed her to do it for months without reporting her, but it needs to stop, especially if she does it to every car, every day.
I’m not sure why the reviews for this location are so bad. Service was super quick at the drive through, the girl who look my order was very nice and professional, and they made my drink order correct, which most locations don’t even though it’s something straight off the menu with no modifications.
