Everytime we come to this Tim Horton, they never have any donuts. Even if we come in the morning, evening or afternoon, they never have anything available. How could you call yourself a "donut shop" without have your selling main popular dessert??

This employee is disgusting the way she works and treated a newer employee who needed help, she said “I’m clocking out I can’t help you girl” and then proceeds to make her food and drink and leave. Smh no gloves just grabbing on food, it’s not like the girl asked for much, all she wanted was someone to show her how to make a drink

I’m disgusted with the Pontiac Tim Hortons on Walton because of the inedible food that I received in a delivery. Bobbi the manager allows burnt food to be served to customers. And when you complain, she makes no effort to make it right. And after reading all HER negative reviews, it seems to be a consistent issue.

The owner of this restruant is either absent or doesn't care. This place has to be the worst TH in Michigan. The lobby looks like a storage room of old tables and is always DIRTY. You go in to order in the AM and the radio is blaring rap music so loud you can barely hear the guy mumbling to take you order. HOW do you make a breakfast sandwich from a stale biscuit? You cant feel its hard as a rock when you pick it up? They haphazardly bag stuff together...just throw loose doughnuts into the bag? Place a mobile order 20 minutes ahead and they don't start making it till I get there? Every single time I place a mobile order.... Whats the point of the mobile order?! Clearly they don't care.

This Tim Hortons got to be one of the slowest Tim Hortons I’ve ever been in. I don’t know if they don’t know how to do their job or just the unmotivated people working I’ve been in line for 20 minutes just to get a cuppa coffee.

Slow, so slow I could have flown to Columbia picked the beans, flown back roasted them and ground them. Then brewed a whole pot of coffee in the time it took to get to medium coffees with cream and sugar!I apologize if you thought it was a complaint it's the exact experience I've come to expect from Tim Hortons, the only confusing part was the order was right.
