Slow and always out of something

This Wendy's has the best food compared to other Wendy's around the area. The staff is very friendly, especially the nighttime staff. Sometimes it takes a bit longer than expected to get our food but it's always much better tasting than the other local Wendy's, so the wait is worth it!

so I was told that my food will be replaced because it was inconvenience of me coming on my lunchtime and I wasn’t going to be able to make it back. I get to the place and they gave me a difficult time and also did not replace my food I asked to speak to someone higher up And they told me that there was nothing else that they could do about me talking to someone to replace the order or be considerate about my time wasted

This is a horribly managed, Wendy’s. I live near this location and frequent. You’re often every time I go they’re out of barbecue sauce tenders today. It was chilly potatoes, barbecue sauce, chicken tenders like what are you guys selling? Whoever does the inventory seriously needs help.

I am a frequent customer, but today’s visit was exceptionally disappointing. The fries were noticeably old and lacked any freshness, while the sandwiches were barely warm and had the taste and texture of food that had been sitting out far too long. This was well below the standard I have come to expect here. I hope management addresses these quality concerns to ensure future visits reflect the level of service and freshness customers deserve.

This was a horrible experience hair at the bottom of my fries my hi c had froth in it I’m sure this location should be closed that was so bad my burger was soggy mushy the worst food I’ve ever had

Order a chili cheese baked potato over cooked an couldn’t eat waited 10 mins on chicken nuggets to have to go back in cause they didn’t put them in the bag horrible while the “manager” is rushing them an yelling. Would love to talk to the owner

Sat in the Drive-Thru line for 5 minutes, maybe longer. Ordered my food pulled up to the window eventually. I was told to pull past the window cuz they were making my food fresh!! I waited there probably another 10 minutes cuz I was reading my phone stories on my phone. So I went inside to inquire about my order another 10 minutes or so and I'm at work. Lunch is only so long nobody's got my food. I think my mistake was asking for napkins to be included with my meal that they were going to bring out to my car.
So eventually I was able to get my money refunded after probably another 15 minutes of standing inside. They're ridiculous.

Very good service! had some issues with my order and one of the workers Carlos was extremely polite and resolved the issue even more than I thought he could.
