Sat in the Drive-Thru line for 5 minutes, maybe longer. Ordered my food pulled up to the window eventually. I was told to pull past the window cuz they were making my food fresh!! I waited there probably another 10 minutes cuz I was reading my phone stories on my phone. So I went inside to inquire about my order another 10 minutes or so and I'm at work. Lunch is only so long nobody's got my food. I think my mistake was asking for napkins to be included with my meal that they were going to bring out to my car. So eventually I was able to get my money refunded after probably another 15 minutes of standing inside. They're ridiculous.

Clearly unorganized order didnt have chicken nuggets in it then no sauce so i drove off after getting nuggets as clearly they were in a hurry and there was no line Get to work nope not even my sandwhich ordered chicken got a double bacon the order behind me place is a joke never again

Ordered a bacon mushroom double with extra mushrooms. They put nasty american cheese on it with half the mushrooms of a regular order and virtually no sauce. Plus it took FOREVER. Don't know if I'll be back.

If you hate your job maybe try working somewhere else. Being shitty while taking our order isn't gonna make your day any easier. Cutting us off mid order to saying "we dont got that many" (2 orders of spicy nuggets) then thinking we wanted 4 orders because you couldn't be bothered to just wait and listen to us after cutting us off and in general rushing us through when there wasn't anyone in front or behind us isn't the way to talk to people. We should've just pulled away with how yall talked to us. Don't bother coming to this store go to the one by the mall.

I don't know where they get these people from but it's not of this earth. Never had a good experience here. Today the guy was rushing me in the drive through when I'm the only one in line. Before I could even tell him my order he asked me what I wanted 3 times.

Gave me a Taco Salad and not the chili that comes with it and my salad was old with moldy cheese and brown lettcue don't eat here

Left for work early just so I could stop and get breakfast. Spend 10 minutes sitting at the drive-thru waiting for someone to take my order. Had to drive off. Didn't even get to eat my breakfast. If This were A one-off I wouldn't be leaving a review but this has happened a dozen times in the last few years. And even when someone does actually take my order it takes them forever because there's only one employee. Whoever manages this place needs to be fired.
They were quick and easy. I was looking forward to their honey butter chicken biscuit. It's been a while since I've been here, and they've changed their sandwich a bit. Overall, the sandwich was still good.
