Slow service advertising 1.00 Dave's single on store window drive threw not working I go in I'm told it's a application offer on app after a 5 minute wait only 1 guy in front 5 minutes to hear I have to download there app it's not advertised on store window that way, I walked out and will not return.

I have visited a fast food outlet a few times before and have always found their service to be quite efficient. However, during my most recent visit, I was a bit disappointed. I had ordered two sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits but was given two sausage biscuits instead. There was some confusion, and I had to explain the mix-up over the phone. Fortunately, the staff, especially a manager named Chris, was very understanding. They acknowledged the mistake and asked me to return the next day to receive my correct order. Although the mix-up was unfortunate, I appreciate the staff's promptness in rectifying the issue. I will be returning tomorrow to pick up my order, and I hope that such an error does not occur again. My rating for the experience is three stars.

A few weeks ago my husband stopped by and pick me up the Maple bacon chicken sandwich for breakfast. I took on bite and spit it out because the chicken was old. Then I learned there mold on my bread. They gave my husband his money back with out question. They didn't apologize and they didn't notify any other employee so they could check the other orders. They just moved on. I will never go back. I also reached out to their Facebook page and no response.

That women who work in this location. She is very rude because we were trying to order food in drive thru but she told us it closed and told us to leave. I was like okay.. so we just park and search other fast-food but somehow that other customer just went through drive thru and got their order if they told us it closed. But she lied to us. Wendy dining is closed and we use drive thru even we are Deaf. I told her we are deaf and we use note but she doesn’t want to waste our time because we are deaf. It is discrimination!! How can she think it is okay to treat other.

Did a mobile pick up through the app - first and last time doing so. Came to pick up my order and all my food was old and cold. when I asked for a few extra packets of hot sauce I was told it was in the bag- I asked “may I please have a few more?” He said “I already put some in the bag but okay ? “ and his man slapped sauce packets into my hand so hard I almost dropped them on the ground . I will never return to this location. They don’t want to be bothered to serve the customers. Old food, rude attitudes, and over all just bad experience. I will be calling corporate because if your employees think that is acceptable - it isn’t with me . Do better!!!!!!!!
