White Castle

The staff was great and the order was perfect!!

I waited about 50 minutes to pick up my DoorDash order — terrible service.

I don't go white castle very often. But I love the sliders and onion pedals ETC . Today I was driving by the one in Pontiac and thought why not. After waiting 25 minutes for my 2 sliders (I was the only one there when I ordered)I would have been better off and just leaving without the food. The onion pedals came up in about 3 minutes and sat getting cold. The sliders where burn the buns cold and the cheese was hard and cold. Not sure how that location stays i business. This experience won't stop me from going to white castle just won't go back there

If I could give them no stars I would the worst employees, attitudes dirty uniforms food old and never made right just shut it down can't nobody wake up that miserable everyday and we didn't choose white castle as your job I hope someone reading this is associated with them

Food was good but it took forever, I think they were understaffed maybe.

Order 10 Cheeseburgers everything via Drive thru. Get on the road about a mile and eat one. No cheese and no pickle. Go back and say I ordered cheeseburgers with everything. They added cheese and heating in heater box. Again, drive off and eat one, NO PICKLE!!

This is the first and probably the last time going to this White castle.

I went around 5:30 pm, traffic and the order they had was slow, so I figured this would be a good time to try and only order a $5 combo, with one modification of no pickles.

30 minutes..... It took 30 minutes....

My food was given away to a different customer, which I do understand mistakes happen, but it just didn't help that there is constant yelling from one staff member berating another who I'm assuming is new or may not know how to progress in his job, while she was also on her phone.

I asked for a refund because my lunch break was over already but greatly one staff did make it right, which I do appreciate it, but I just can't get pass the series of event that I experienced.

There was only 2 girls there working. They were working as fast as they could. You need to get them some help. It's impossible for two to make 100 s of burgers also fries drinks and everything else. I will say I am proud of them because they cooked, filled orders for like 5 people in like 15 mins. If you want to work them like that you should double their pay sine they are doing the job of at least 4 people. Manager was so nice and the girl cooking burgers was very nice too. You got a do better White Castle

1 order at a time type of White Castle but worth it late night

This is the first negative review I've ever left on here. It took me 12 minutes of sitting in front of the speaker to place my order. It took another 45 minutes waiting for my food and then once I got it I didn't get a sorry about your wait or anything and on top of it the food tasted bad....

The wait time is is insane went in the drive tru waited all most 45 after paying and also all the drinks were wrong also watched the guy taking money and then touching food horrible place never coming again and I will be contacting corporate about this location
