I love ordering ahead using mobile apps and that’s what I did yesterday at this location. Said my pick up time was 6:22. I got to the restaurant around 6:15 and was planning on going inside to pick it up the the doors had signs that in big orange letters said “drive thru only” so I assumed that the dining room was closed. I proceeded to the drive thru line that was probably 7 or 8 cars deep. If I hadn’t prepaid for my $50 order I would have said forget it. Anyways .. after about 40 minutes of waiting I noticed someone go inside and not come back out .. meaning the dining room was open. At this point I was so deep into the drive thru that I could not exit, they have cement medians around the drive thru so I was stuck. By the time I got to the window I let them know I placed an order on the app and they asked me to pull around. I waited behind the car in front of me another 20 minutes and once I got to the window they asked me to pull around to the front door. I told the gentleman at the window that I was in line for an hour at this point because there were signs on the door that stated it was drive thru only and he said “oh those must have been from yesterday or something” after another 20 minutes of waiting in the front I went inside and they said it would be just a few more moments and they would bring my food out. In total I spent over one hour and 30 minutes waiting for my food. From leaving my house to returning it was almost 2 hours. I left the restaurant at 7:50. The food was subpar. The buns were hard. Not that soft steamy hot slider I was craving. The mozzarella sticks we got were cold, but tasted like burnt oil. The only thing that was hot were the chicken rings. What a waste of 2 hours and $50. I didn’t even get an apology or any empathy about the situation. I know that White Castle isn’t always something that can be served quickly. But waiting 90 minutes for barely hot food in not acceptable. Higher management needs to help this place.

This was my first time as a Canadian to try White Castle. What prompted it was hearing a podcast a few weeks ago about this “unique and iconic” American fast food chain. Obviously I knew about White Castle but I didn’t know how few stores they had in the US.The drive thru wait was so long that the car ahead of me, and the two behind me left without ordering. I put my car in reverse to leave but then finally got someone on the speaker. They must’ve been busy with the single customer in their store.Then waited about 5 minutes at the window. I had to put my card’s PIN in in front of the employee because the cord wasn’t long enough to reach my cars. Sketchy as heck.The dude didn’t even get my order right. In the 5 mins he was just standing there he could’ve confirmed what I ordered. Then this is the piece of lettuce I was given in one of my sliders. Literally bottom of the bag, days old rabbit food.Oh my goood, what a truly American experience! Unique, you bet ya! Unique in that literally every other fast food chain in the US has better food and service hahaha what the heck is this placeParking: No customers = plenty of parking

⚠️⚠️The dude, loaded with tattoos, tried to screw us out of our change. Our bill was $22.04, and we gave him 2 $20 dollar bills. He then handed us our drinks, and we waited like 10 min for our order. He never gave us our change while we waited. I knew what was going on. He finally handed us our order, and I had to ask for our change and receipt. He looked at me with a stupid look and said I didn't gi e you your change ?""" He knows he didn't, and this is one of the oldest tricks for a drive-through. Be warned their employees are thieves.⚠️⚠️

It's the only white castle around. If you like white castle you'll love this one.Vegetarian options: Don't go here my brother is a vegan and tried the impossible sliders, but I'm guessing they don't have a special place on the grill for only impossible sliders. I think it's probably all cooked on the same grill top as the meat sliders.Dietary restrictions: Eh, you know what you're getting... I wouldn't go here if you're allergic to onions or anything like that.Parking: Just like any other fast food restaurants parking.

One of my favorite restaurants. There are not any around where I live so when I get a chance I stop. No wait in drive thru. Staff was friendly and food came quickly.
Just visited today and everything was great! Takes a minute but everything is cooked fresh to order so it's worth the wait and the person at the window was great....good vibes!!
I'm a doordasher picking up double order at this location and it took over 20 minutes for me to even get to the window. Then another 10 minutes or so waiting for an employee to come to the window and when I told her I had picked up a second order while waiting she rolled her eyes at me. I understand that everyone is understaffed but bringing your poor attitude to work and putting that on customers is not a good look for business

Everytime I order from the drive-thru it takes 20 to 25 minutes to get my food after placing the order. It might be best if I traveled to the Troy store.
