Manager is a rude racist j**** The sad part is you can tell he treats the other young black men bad. I called corporate and they said the owners was going to call me and it's been months and they never called. Foods good so I drive to Troy even though this one is 5mins away

Pretty good-- the soup changes daily so you can subscribe to their daily emails which list the soups for the day. The actual branch is alright however their oven was broken for a while, so they couldn't make hot sandwiches.

Stay away from this location. Staff mumbles and acts too cool to be working and giving any effort. Did not give us our bread and the Cobb salad did not have the avocado. Come on...pretty basic stuff here and they messed it up.

I ordered soup and a half sandwich. Normally I'm in and out of this restaurant establishment. However, tonight it was a lot of chatter between the employees (employee:RT/whoever else working) and a customer. I was waiting for 20 minutes only to receive one out of the two items I ordered, which was soup. My sandwich wasn't even started. Once they noticed I was upset I was given a gift certificate with no apology or explanation. I asked the cashier what was I supposed to do with this. He said for the cost of the sandwich. I finally said I have to go and I wanted reimbursement. No receipt. I found the whole ordeal incredibly rude considering there was only two customers in the store at the time. I didn't even receive an apology just bicker between the customer and the employee that I was upset. It was ridiculous because even though they are about to close and It was 6:22 pm, it was my lunch time. I am still on the clock. I think at a certain time they just dgaf. I rated it a 3 stars at first because normally I like this place but I'm pissed so 2 stars. If you're trying to eat here come in the day time.
