It's a standard Arby's - convenient location and basic menu items. May have come on a bad day - atmosphere throughout the restaurant smelled of old cooking oil and the fries were overdone, in fact, inedible.
Not a fan of the Arby's app. Did not see an option to add meat to your sandwich, and there were no in-restaurant coupons to use. Seems stupid to order on the app when I'm standing at the counter.
Otherwise, the servers were decent and hard working.
They’d get zero stars if I could. Rude workers. Messed up order. Filthy restaurant, awful place.

Just stopped in on the way to Detroit and the service was lovely! Everyone was so kind, it took mention the cute Halloween decorations. I liked this location a lot, I really do ring the bell to show I like them ❤️

Cold food, more fries in the small one we ordered than the large one, chicken wrap was pathetic (a tender with a tiny bit of lettuce and swimming in ranch). Staff was unfriendly when we were ordering, very much rushing us. Definitely won't be coming back. Such a bummer. :(

Bathrooms and inside always dirty and gross, can never get your order right, employees are argumentative and rude sometimes. They also like to dink around on their phones as a lot of them are young and possibly seem stoned at times after they come out from the back finally..
Ridiculous. Started off as a basic misunderstanding, was given roast beef instead of chicken (hate roast beef) but was fine paying for them again… except the second time I went back, I was given someone else’s order, so I had to go back a THIRD time to fix my order (will forever check the bag before even putting the car in drive now), and was I offered a refund? No. Did he apologize? No. He asked me to pay AGAIN for the 4 chicken sandwhiches I technically ordered over an hour ago that I STILL do not have. I brought my receipt and the food back the first time, and accidentally forgot my recipes for the 2nd order when I left the house, but DID bring the food back to show them still. Not that I was asked for it the first or 2nd time.. but then it was an issue with the gentlemen I spoke with my third visit there that day, so I gave it back. Did let him know my husband tired to eat a roast beef to see if he could just deal, but they’re gross, and we never order the roast beef. THEN the gentleman had the nerve to ask me to pay over $6 more for the sandwhich my husband ate, that we never wanted or asked for in the first place. Why should I have to waste an hour of my time, and close to $30 for 4 chicken sandwhiches… even if you include the sandwhich my husband ate, that still doesn’t add up. Will never recommend or go back to this location again.

Apparently you’re capped at 5 packs of Arby’s sauce even if you offer to pay. I eat it with my fries and sandwich so unfortunately I only was able to eat half of my dinner. I pay for a separate cup of cheese, why can’t I pay for more sauce. “ Sorry, Manager’s orders”
Even though I’m staying next door at the hotel and I would have eaten there again tomorrow, they lost my business. Arby’s sauce is why I go to ARBYS ??♀️ $12.39 for a meal I didn’t get to finish. Bad service!
