How hard is it to make a burger with only bacon cheese and ketchup
Employee was making food with her bare hands. Absolutely disgusting. Will never come back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I went through the drive-thru at Arby’s today and was helped by Cohen at the window. He was polite, quick, and made the experience smooth from start to finish. My order was accurate, the food was fresh, and Cohen had a friendly attitude that made the stop even better. Great customer service goes a long way, and Cohen definitely deserves recognition — honestly, he deserves a raise for the way he treats customers!

Please understand this. The service is great. Nothing was wrong with anything they did. I just wish they would bring back their salads. The only thing that I can eat there is a salad.
Had our order taken by a very unenthusiastic employee. Watched as the three staff members bumbled around for twenty minutes trying to make two sandwiches, and when we finally got our order, the sauce I requested was missing. It’s honestly difficult to be as bad at a fast food job as the people here were today. We were shocked.

1 single marina for a 6 piece mozzarella stick. Have never had to beg for marina at any other Arby’s location and I won’t start today. Will never be back

Stopped in around 8pm. Waited a minute for someone to come from the back kitchen. Ordered two Greek gyros, mocha shake and an 8 piece jalapeno poppers. Bill came to over $18. I got back on the highway and are my jala poppers then opened up my first sandwich and took a bite and something tasted funny. I took another bite thinking it had been a while and maybe the lamb was just stronger than I remembered. The second bite was the same and the sandwich smelled bad. I opened the other one and it smelled bad as well. I was already down the highway 15 min or I would have gone back. About 3am I woke up sicker than a dog. I got sick both ends and this morning I was very queasy still. I know it was the sandwich that made me sick because I hadn't had anything to eat all day other than some peanuts as I was on a fishing trip in Monroe Michigan and did not come off the water until 430. I had to drive back to grand haven so I figured Portland would be a good break to stretch and get some food. Big mistake. I should have just gotten speedway hotdogs like I originally planned but the jamocha shake was the thing that decided my fate. Beware about going there later at night

Arrived at 9:01 pm and walked inside. No one behind the counter, but a family was eating at a back table. Waited about 5 minutes. No one showed. Rang the bell and someone from in back yelled have a nice night. I yelled that I wished to place an order. A young man appeared and apologized, and a young woman appeared. She took my order but seemed annoyed. A minute later a young woman came from in back and went to the drive thru window. I quickly got my order but was very disturbed by the behavior I observed.
Clean staff friendly and fast service. Bathrooms also clean.
One of the better Arby's I've been to, honestly. Employees are very friendly and food always HOT!
Just stood there not turning around
The sandwich had enough mayo for 3 sandwiches and the turkey was very cold.
