Fabulous ice cream and made in-house. There is so much flavor in each ice cream and cheap prices. You get more than your money's worth! We drive from Grand Rapid just to get ice cream from here and only here. This is always a stop when heading to Lansing or Detroit!
This was a quaint stop by on a sweltering day of highway travel.
The roads & sidewalks in this downtown area of Portland were under construction & I found myself slipping through a sidewalk area I would not have normally taken.
I rounded the corner to find this little ice cream shop.
I did not try the ice cream, as travel wearied & solid food hungry, I ended up with a hot dog ....

Had a great visit today. Read some really good reviews about the chocolate moose. Got there and was very impressed. The ice cream was outstanding. But even better then that was the service from a very impressive young man named Cam. He gave us a little history of the place as well as how he makes the ice cream. Absolutely worth the visit!
