Had a pretty rough trip out for breakfast here today! It started off with me & my bf showing up for our food ordered on the app - only the mobile app wasn't working so we had to reorder everything (without our app discounts applied this time). The caramel iced coffee was out so that was also a bit disappointing. Unfortunately when we finally got our food out, we were missing an entire sausage burrito and had to go back inside to grab it after a 5 minute wait at the register. When we finally start munching we realize there's no egg on his sausage egg mcmuffin and didn't want to go back inside after the wait of already doing so once. Not very impressed with our experience today!

I just went through the drive through for a large coke no ice. When I got up to the first window, the woman was super nice and very efficient. Then when I got up to the second window I sat there for at least 5 minutes while two workers walked passed the window cleaning. Again, all I ordered was a large coke no ice. I could see it sitting there but nobody gave it to me. When the boy finally came to the window, he asked if I had two snack wraps. I corrected him and he seemed annoyed. I love this McDonalds, I come here to get a pop almost every day, but it's so annoying having to wait 10 minutes for a pop.

Literally the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. Wait 40 minutes in curbside for food to have to go in and ask about it for them to day there's no order but its sitting on the shelf cold as ever. Guy working the counter Literally does everything to not have to fix it. And the food was cold and completely wrong. Save yourself some grief pay extra and go anywhere else.

Forgot an item one day. Went back and asked the next day as i didnt realize until i got almost home,(long day) the women I asked asked her management and they said no it has to be same day. Which I understood and she was super nice. But I live 30 minutes away and mcdonalds just made a free $4 off me. Wish I had their mentality as a business owner. Guess thats why im not Rich tho nor heartless. Customer service was nice tho, they just forgot my stuff and it cost me $4 ill never get back.

No sauces for me and my family, 45 minute wait for 3 plain burgers, fries taste like they ate them puked them up and then a car ran them over. They had a G.O.A.T trophy definitely not the goat.

They will never get your order right, ever. I eat here way too much, almost daily, and I can count the times they've gotten my order correct. Tonight I ordered one daily double, one 6 piece chicken nugget, and a large coke. In return I got a daily double, but only with 1 patty, a 6 piece chicken nugget, a 4 piece chicken nugget, a small fry, and a large coke. So now I have food that is going to waste, and only half of the burger I wanted. I won't even stop if there are cars in the drive thru, or you can expect to wait 15 minutes for the incorrect order. They are incompetent, and absolutely don't deserve what they are being paid. I know I should just stop eating here, but this is the one thing in my life that brings me joy.

Workers are garbage can’t get orders right then stare at you like you’re dumb when you try to get it corrected and do nothing about it … worst service ever
