Waited at the counter forever to be acknowledged. One worker, must have been on break, didn't greet me. He just stared at me drinking his orange colored drink. I was on the road, just wanted a coffee. I won't perpetuate non-human service by using kiosk. Hire more counter help. Please.

Without fail they mess up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME. I order a hamburger without cheese becuz im lactose intolerant and they put cheese on it every single time and every single time they have to remake it. Doesn’t matter if I tell the people at the window 5 times to not put cheese on it they still put it on the burger. At this point I’m just expecting them to mess it up before I even order

If you order a burger the ketchup is supposed to be in the burger not everywhere inside the wrapper. If you want 15 dollars an hour then maybe work like you deserve it.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. Had already paid so could not get out of line. There were 2 employees at the pay window just hanging out while there was an obvious backup with food orders. Order was not ready when we reached the second window. Worker at window was kind, and it seemed that it was not her fault for the backup. Order was correct. Fries were cold.

Extremely fast service and food is always fresh. By far one of the best locations in michigan
Since the management change (we miss Tara she was awesome) the overall restaurant is typically not as clean as should be expected. Today no hand sanitizer, no wipes for equipment/tables, the tables, glass and floors were dirty. Staff wiped the tables upon request (as we had nothing available to do it ourselves) but everything clearly isn't being regularly cleaned. When the visible areas are not clean it makes you question the kitchen area.
Fries weren't hot... Otherwise food was fine.
We submitted our mcdvoice surveys to let corporate know this once nice location has declined in its standards. It's sad to see.

Gave me a watered down orange juice. Had to go across the street to Bob Evans and pay extra for a decent orange juice. Pretty much like drinking orange flavored water, definitely feel jipped.
