It took 30 minutes from the time I paid in the drive through to the time all of my food and drinks were in my car. I paid and then was directed to one of the parking spots. It took 10-15 minutes for the food to get to me, and it was Luke warm. The girl said she would be right back with my drinks I went in 10 minutes later to complain to the manager and get my drinks, which took the rest of the time. I paid at 7:19 and got back to my car at 7:49 with my drinks.

Over the course of a month I have gone to this McDonald’s multiple times, as it is the local fast food near my home. At every visit I have had the same individual for customer service, Kayln. I have a teenage daughter who works in fast food, and I worked in fast food also so I understand the difficulties and stresses. It is unacceptable that every single time I come my order is wrong I am forced to wait while I watch other vehicles continually move past me and then I am spoken to as if I am an inconvenience. Either this person is not cut out for the job, which happens, or the management of this McDonald’s does nothing to ensure it workers are trained and capable to do their jobs. Either way I recommend going to any of the other fast food establishments in Portland, though slower they at least take care of you and give you your correct order.

I love coming to this location, but there’s been an ongoing issue of not getting sauces that I ask for. Every time I ask for sauce, I don’t receive any. Employees should definitely be checking orders to make sure they’re in the bag before they’re handed out, especially since they’re not free anymore. At this point I just stop asking for it because I know I’m not going to get it anyways.And I’ve had a couple issues with not being able to get shakes/mcflurries yet the employees have all of theirs sitting on top of the machines freshly made. If you’re going to do that, at least hide your stuff so customers can’t see it when they just tried ordering it. ???

They were so busy and did the best they could. It took several tries to get our order right, and we still didn't get the right drink when all was said and done, but given how busy they were, it was bound to happen. It would not stop me from going back.
