First experience at Riversedge was nothing but a five-star review. From the moment I walked in, I knew I wanted to return. The bartender who completed my take out (I believe she was the only one working when I say this) was very clear about making sure I was noticed and greeted, while maintaining her tables, and patrons seated at the bar in a timely manner. I'm not sure if she noticed the tip I had left for her on the counter due to her tending to other customers, but I hope she noticed that it was left. The food was excellent, no complaints whatsoever. I will most definitely be returning to try out other items and experiences from this establishment.

Was completely ignored by the staff when we walked in....waited a few moments after several times of the waitress looking directly at us and still not welcoming us, we left. Extremely awkward and uncomfortable. Very rude staff!

Stopped here for lunch on our way back to Grand Rapids from Ann Arbor. Absolutely did not disappoint! The server was running the show, she did amazing! She was so sweet to my kids and so enthusiastic. Great prices & great food!! 10/10 recommend

went to your place 1st time we ordered chips and salsa and got chips and marinara when I told our server she said I should have flagged her down but she was soooo busy with the local at the bar she would have not seen us the nachos were no different than taco bell..
I got a grinder but again nothing special won't come again
