My wife and I just got $25 dollars worth of food from them tonight. My fries were cold, my wife’s hard shell taco was soggy and stuck to the wrapper so bad it ripped the taco up, my wife’s Crunchwrap was cold, and my 5 layer burrito had a hard crusty shell which tells me it probably had been sitting out prior to our order. This is disgusting and I will definitely not be coming back.

So disappointed with my food from here. The meat portions were ridiculously small, not only in my cantina taco but my son's regular taco. my chips were crumbs so I asked for a replacement, which I hate doing and the replacement chips tasted like cleaning chemicals. so gross. I saw the reviews that the food would be skimpy but I thought maybe it wasn't a regular thing. I'm emailing corporate on this too because it was pathetic. customer service was fine, restaurant was decently clean but the food was horrible.

Person on headset was not paying attention. Had to repeat the entire order. When it was read back to me, before I could correct it, they spat out a total and I had to pull forward .
When trying to correct my order at the window, she gave me an attitude like she was in a hurry.
No receipt, no sauce packets (didn't bother asking if I wanted any) zero courtesy.

I keep coming back out of convenience, and in the hopes that someday theyll hire competent staff. But alas, I drive away disappointed yet again. Every time I order here at least 1 item is wrong in some way, or missing it entirely. Today was a Cheesy Gordita Crunch with almost nothing inside of it.

We ordered 9 tacos, one quesadilla three large drinks one small drink and 3 chips and cheese!!! 58.00 dollars! The quesadilla had no filling! They didn't wait on us so we had to use the kiosk. Two of the four employees were messing around , Not working! While the other two were working!

Order was wrong for multiple items. My favorite item on the menu, the 3 cheese chicken flatbread was inedible. The flatbread itself was extremely dry and hard to the point it was cracking and falling apart.
