Food was a 6/10 my crunch wrap was perfect but my cheesy been and rice had stale beans crunchy rice and I asked for grilled and it wasnt

Had some challupas and a chicken quesadilla with extra sauce the other day.

Rock hard shells and under/improperly filled for challupas and the quesadilla had no sauce.

Had wanted to surprise wife with tacos for VD, but kind of fell flat.

I wouldn't normally complain too much but it's like almost 6 freaking bucks for a supreme challupa.

They comp'd me 10 bucks which didn't cover the meal. Simple I'll just never eat there again. Saves me money and my health.

Drive thru. 7pm. No other cars in line. Order 2 biggie bags. Took my card and charged it then asked us to pull around to the front and wait. We did. For about 15 minutes. We could see the employees through the glass front. Laughing and going off. Food preparers had no gloves and looked kinda dirty. When meals finally arrived everything in them was cold. I have no idea what was prepared for my meal but if they did they kept it in the cooler for 10 minutes before delivering it to my car.

Since this place came under new management it's like a whole new store! It's so much cleaner and service is so much better. If you haven't tried them in awhile due to bad experiences in the past, I HIGHLY recommend giving them a try now! Hiring that new manager is the best decision they've made!

Vegetarian options: Great selection for vegetarians! Much better than most places around!

All tacos are crushed/smashed nearly cold. Chicken is dry and old, shells are stiff and crumbling *hard and soft*. Every time I go, this will be the last time. Not sure why I don't take photos of this crap.

Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes and didn't even order. Went to mcdonalds across the road which was way busier, had my food and left and the taco bell drive thru still hadn't moved. Get your stuff together.

I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. There were at least five staff members present—three women and two men. One team member was on break, another was preparing food, and the remaining staff appeared to be working on organizing orders. One of the women was stationed at the computer, but there seemed to be a lack of coordination, as conversations were centered on figuring out order logistics. The floors were notably unclean, which did not make a positive impression. Additionally, other customers voiced frustration with their orders.

When I finally received my order, I noticed that some items were missing. After informing the staff, I had to wait an extended period for the issue to be resolved, and there was a moment where it seemed I had been forgotten. There appears to be a need for improved training to ensure smoother service and order accuracy. The only individual who appeared to be putting in extra effort was a young woman with glasses. Unfortunately, this experience left much to be desired.

I want to give them more, but I can’t. Absolute waste of time, money and energy. Waited forever to get messed up order, no napkins, no sauce and a half bag of cinnamon twists. Do t waste your time.

Staff was nice. Cheese wasn't melted on my quesadilla. This Taco Bell is not kid friendly at all. There was no kids menu and no changing table.
