This taco bell is the worst. I don't know why but the tortillas are always so dry they are brittle and everything is smaller than the average taco bell. I want it to be great but it just isn't. Hopefully it will improve!

Never eat here! The service sucks and so does the way they make the food! I ordered three chalupas, it was 20 dollars, the shit was burnt and so little meat you could barely taste it!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!! Went back again on 1/8/26 to see if anything had changed. NOPE!!! ANOTHER WASTED 20$! YOU CAN'T EVER CALL IT A quesadilla! This is the worst TACO BELL in the state of Michigan!!! Take my word for it. ABOSLUTE GARBAGE!!! OWNER MIGHT AS WELL CLOSE THE DAMN DOORS!

Ordered 2 luxe boxes. No tomato or lettuce on anything. Husband brought food home, everything had lettuce and tomato. I mean, it read no tomatoes no lettuce on the sticker they slapped on the boxes. Our chips were crumbs, our food items were void of most of the filling inside. Nacho cheese tasted old. What kind of deal are we getting from a box order if the contents absolutely suck. Have some pride in what you're serving.

Food was atrocious even by taco bell standards. I’ve had some bad ones but this place definitely takes the cake, next to no meat in any of the items we ordered, the tortillas looked like they had been stomped on before being used, very mangled and busted.
Better off stopping at the one 10 miles back in Lansing.

Stopping on the way through on travel. I can't be sure what before I arrived, but it wasn't busy when I arrived. My food was thrown together hastily. The taste was off somehow. The dining room was dirty. The employees were in the back chatting. Altogether pretty disappointing even for what it is.
Don't go to this taco bell! The food was horrible. We got 3 cool ranch doritos and they were stale. I added nacho cheese to a double decker and I couldn't find it on the taco. When I ask for a refund, I was to old No! The manager on duty was nasty to me and this was in front of my 10 year old daughter. Horrible all away around!

Restaurant was clean and employees were friendly. Food... (if you could call it that) was a joke. Date was 8/29 2025 This quesadia Only 2 pieces of meat, barely any cheese. And I see it am not the only one who's had a problem with them. My suggestion!?!?!?!?!?!? Find out who was working during lunch that day and either fire them or maybe educate them on how to actually prepare food correctly cause THAT thing was horrible. Next time if there is a next time I will definitely look at the food before leaving with it.

I just wanted to say that the young woman who gave me my order at the window had the best personality tonight! She also had the coolest set of pins on her hat, including one from Cowboy Beebop! I know it is a tiny thing, but her personality, happiness, and customer service made my long day feel a lot brighter. So thank you for that, anime girl! :)
