The Thunder Bay Inn is such a unique and special place to stay—we absolutely love the historic charm and how much of the history is preserved. The owners, Sue and Mark, are fantastic and so accommodating, which makes the experience even better. Each of the rooms is decorated uniquely, and everything is always clean and comfortable.

Thunder Bay Inn is a great restaurant worth the drive, offering an interesting and educational historical experience. The pizza is one of the best in town with loaded toppings and a chewy crust. Other excellent menu items include the smoked brisket wet burrito and the Reuben. The attentive staff provides five-star service, making for a pleasantly surprising and excellent dining experience.
