I got the Tuscan chicken, good portions. It was a good recommendation from the waitress.

If you're looking for a decent size menu of really good bar food at great prices, this is the place to go. Sure, it's off the beaten path, but on the bright side, you might not see anyone that you know. (If you know what I mean) Our server was great at multitasking. She served all five tables efficiently by doing more than one thing at a time. I'll go there again the next time I'm over that way.

This morning my daughter and I had breakfast. I have been here a few times over the years, and I knew the food was going to be good As it always is and I have left reviews on that before but today I am here to say I was truly impressed with the waitress she was fast and friendly and just made the experience that much better thank you. Everyone and I will see you all next time.

Great spot in an old building in the middle of nowhere. Don't let the appearance of the building fool you. The menu is superb with daily soup, sandwich, entree, and dessert specials. Lots of traditional dishes from Germany. A friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Most local customers know each other. They have a real chef Did I mention the full bar? Drink specials too, especially around any holiday, like Valentine Day, St Patrick's Day etc

Tonight we found a little gem hidden away in the small town of Prescott Michigan called Cafe International. I was a bit skeptical when I entered but after sitting down and looking around I said this is an interesting restaurant which was formally a hometown bar. Now it's not extremely fancy but it's got that "Up North" feeling that we all desire when we travel in Michigan. Being an international restaurant they have the flags of all types of nations there they have currency mounted and displayed on the walls and all other types of souvenir memorabilia from different countries. Now the food is what I looked at. We were there to celebrate a birthday and we were not disappointed. The menu is full of different foods from different countries. I first ordered an appetizer "Basket of Bones" which was ribs tips. For my main course I had Jager schnitzel which originated in Austria but is served everywhere in Germany. Of course the meal came with mashed potatoes, vegetable, a small roll and the salad bar. One friend had the pork chop special which was two good size pork chops with mashed potato and veggie and the buffet salad bar. My other friend had the standard hamburger with fries. I'm telling you folks we were impressed with all of the food and the promptness of delivery of the food plus the food came out at the desired temperature. We decided to have some dessert, my friends had the brownie delight and pumpkin pie and I had apple pie. My friend expressed that she really did enjoy the brownie delight and the pumpkin pie. I was overjoyed with the hot apple pie. Very well satisfied with the food and atmosphere of this restaurant. Definitely coming back here to eat and try many of the other foods they have on the menu. I think I found a little gold mine here and I'm not afraid to share it with all of you. Especially we noticed that the prices were extremely reasonable. I didn't see anything overpriced.Wheelchair accessibility: One of my friends is in the wheelchair and we took her right in through the door and got her right in. Little bump going out but we made it

Excellent food huge sandwiches fantastic appetizers and pleasant atmosphere with fabulous service ! We will definitely be going back for more! Great menu can’t wait to try more . My husband is a chef and was very impressed with the food. I would recommend you give this place a try even though it’s a little out of the way so worth it.

Stopped by here for lunch and was able to choose our seating. I had the black eyed pea and sausage soup that was not visually appealing but was excellent. My entree was a club sandwich with onion rings that was good.Low top seating in an open rustic setting with a wood stove/fireplace. Daily specials with 3 soups available. Full bar. Menu is expansive with competitive prices. Appeared clean with an average restroom. I would return when I’m back in the area.
