“We have ordered from Dee's 3 times this year when we've visited my parents. I'll start by saying the pizza has been wonderful all three times. The crazy fingers have been good also and the ranch is top notch. My only complaint is the first time, we waited 45 minutes AFTER ordering online and coming in the time that was stated. The second time was better but was also a week day. The third time, again 30 minutes after coming in 10 minutes after the time stated. So, from order placed to in hand was an hour and a half. When we asked to have the bread sticks checked on...which is what we were told was taking so long, not the actual pizza, the lady rolled her eyes and said "I told you they were in the oven". I get it, you get very busy and it's frustrating. But 2/3 times the wait was really long and not friendly. So Def go for the food, but don't expect good service.“
