Stopped in here to get a late night meal and the workers here were OUT OF THIS WORLD. I didn’t catch their names but it’s 1 girl and like 3 males, the food was hot and fresh, they were so sweet and made our experience here outstanding. I 100% recommend this McDonald’s to anyone passing through here. 10/10 amazing place.

My family and friends will also be leaving a review because we’ve had the same thing Happen to us .
Our order is damn near always messed up. The customer service is a joke.
The woman in the window dawn Told me how much my total was and I didn’t hear so I said I’m sorry what was it and she yelled at me .
It’s bad enough she Open the window to take my money, but then started an order in the middle of me asking her how much it was so wasn’t my fault for her to get like that when she was trying to multitask after already opening The window
In the manager, Kayla is no better when it comes to telling her employees what they did wrong when a customer Expresses their issue.
They can’t even teach their employees how to make sure the food is correct before they send it out the window.
I’m tired of getting home looking in the bag and items are missing or incorrect. I do not have the gas to go back out and I shouldn’t have to go back out when I try to check my food. Some of the employees are rude. They Open the window and give me attitude for sitting there, trying to check my order.
Someone wouldn’t feel the need to check it every single time if you didn’t mess up that much.

I’ve had multiple times where I’ll order almost the exact same order from these people and they proceeded to mess it up every single time not to mention underfilling every single french fry I’ve ever gotten, but I had to wait almost half an hour for cold fries

Honestly, one of the only mcdonalds that actually doesn't say their ice cream machine is broken!! There was a TON of oreo dust at the bottom of the oreo mcflurry, and the people are always so kind!

Was third in line ,took 20 mins just to place order ... when I eventually received my order ,it was wrong... the fries not even remotely warm... I asked for hot fries and my order to be made the way I ordered it ... I refused to pull forward and wait even longer ... 15 minutes later sitting at the window my #7 with cheese and ketchup only finally arrived... almost a whole hour wasted , fries were still cold and burgers were still covered with onions like ice cream sprinkles.....probably better off getting a frozen burger from gas station next store ....

I ordered a meal. They brought it out to me. But I had no fries. So I waited 10 min. An still no fries. So I went up to the counter an they ask me what I needed my 🍟. They said they forgot.

Quincy McDonald's. Our visit was so bad I don't know where to start. The manager who was working at this location was so rude and obnoxious that it was totally sickening. Her name is Allison. I ordered unsweetened tea and the kid at the register gave me sweet tea. I told him and he was grumpy and obviously didn't want to be there. I was handed another tea and it was another sweet tea. I hesitated to tell him because he was so ornery. He was very rude and I m pretty sure there was no unsweetened tea. The manager is just as bad but worse. This manager usually works at the Hillsdale location and has worked for McDonald's for many years. She informed me that the tea was a mistake. I said two times I got sweet tea. It was a mistake she kept insisting. I know her from Hillsdale and she has always been rude to me. We don't eat at McDonald's we usually just get drinks when we are hard up. Anyway this Allison threw my change at me when I asked for a refund and said I was a bad person because she said she read posts about me on Facebook. Would a good well trained manager speak to customers this way ? She doesn't like me because I call her staff out when they do not do anything correct. I find this incident very hurtful and revengeful. Throwing chang at a customer should be an automatic termination. I will be following up with the CEO. Beware of Allison at the Quincy McDonald's.
