Honestly I don’t even like McDonald’s but everytime I go through Quincy I have to stop, order has never been wrong, food always seems freshly made, always quick The best McDonalds I’ve been to that consistently does everything right

I was in tonight. Had a glitch with the mcdonalds app, wouldn't give me code for the deal, just kept telling me to add more deals. A nice lady honored the deal even tho the app was malfunctioning. She made me feel awesome and was super friendly. As someone who was simply passing through I will be coming to this store everytime I come through because of this experience. Thank you and happy holidays!

Its been taking literally 15 to 20 minutes to get a med shake,2 cookies and a McChicken ...lobby service is terrible...i watched 10 ppl come and go that ordered after me....i wont be going back until things improve
For like 10 years this place cannot figure out how to do their job. Wait times here can range from 5 minutes to 40 minutes.
Nobody wants to manage the store. They are terrible at training employees.
Get your store together owners. It’s not that hard to read the handbook

Male at the window might consider a new job ! He is very rude we had to pull forward and say for 40 mins for our food that was cold and absolutely disgusting! Do not recommend going at 6:30 pm

It took 27 minutes waiting in drive thru after paying to receive order. They have you pull forward so they can fill others orders and you can watch how poorly this Mc Donalds is run by watching the adjacent Burger King and Arby's efficiency at their drive thru. You can imagine how many they serve in 27 minutes while McDonalds walks orders to others behind you. And tge order was nothing elaborate. 3 cheeseburgers, quarter pounder, a fry and 2 apple pies with 2 large drinks ( one was incorrectly served.) A coke and a diet Coke one was incorrect as both were same flavor. This McDonalds is the best advertisement for Arby's and Burger King. Any 5 star review is bs. In replacing the drink inside during the wait there were fries all over the floor in plain sight. It became obvious why they didn't have a self serve drink station. People would be refilling the drinks multiple times during their wait on their order. I wasn't the only car waiting in the drive thru. There were at least 5,6 others waiting. Absolute embarrassing to the brand. Gave one star as I could not give less.
