He attended and graduated from Northern Michigan University, where he started on a lifelong journey for loving all things "fudge". He has brought his skills back to his home town of Ravenna to share his delightful fudge and candy making skills with anyone who wishes to indulge with him. He is welcome to prepare and pack anyone's fudge for birthdays, graduations, bar or bat mitzfahs, weddings, or any other special occaison.

We've had the pleasure of devouring quite a bit of Fantabulous Fudge and it's always heavenly! We're staying at Shangri-la House where Earnest Hemmingway stayed, we had the Dutch Chocolate our first night for dessert, Earnest would've enjoyed it as much also!
