Waited 45 minutes at lunch before I told the bartender nevermind, I had to go back to work. She told me the food was being made now and would be out soon. Well, it was a chicken sandwich. Frozen chicken tenders take approximately 8 minutes to be fried depending on temperature of oil. Most is standard which is why I say about 8 minutes. Which means in total, it would have been nearly an hour before I received a simple meal. She was EXTREMELY impolite and rolled her eyes and told me that it was lunch and was going to be busy. It was almost 1 when I walked in and most of the tables had food or take out boxes after already had eaten. I saw the fryer open quite a few times. She forgot to put the order in. Plain and simple. Rather than apologizing she became rude. She offered to let me take it to go and I politely said I didn't order take out. She charged me for the sandwich anyway and didn't tell me she was going to. It would have been nice if she told me I'd be charged either way. I don't remember her name but it was a small blonde who seemed focused on the younger male regulars who she must know very well. Will never be back. It's a shame because my family and I have been going there for years.

Hometown local bar with great food and service. Had the lake perch basket and we told Kara that we were splitting. She served us in 2 separate baskets and I got the lemon and hubby the tartar sauce. Amazing. Cook Andrea is a super multi-tasker. We'll be back for senior special for sure.
