Staff is friendly and helpful, the bathroom had water all over the floor and the pizza was under done the past 2 times we've gotten it..

Selection of panini and wraps have been cut in half. Very bland tasting. Pricing is outrageous. Very Disappointed. We used to love it there. Won't be back.

The new owners are price gougers!!! Buffalo Trace is a great bourbon and is in great demand. Because of this, they quoted us one price, but when the product came in and they found out it was a popular item, they tacked on $20 a bottle. I hope they know about Budlight and the internet.

Customer service is great. The pizza needs some love.. first time ordering since the new owners took over and it’s not the same. I brought my pizza home and we had to bake it in the oven a little longer. I also ordered the Cheezy garlic bread but they gave me garlic bread sticks.. absolutely no flavor and waste of money. Normally i’ll eat 2 slices and I didn’t even eat 1 full piece.. extremely disappointed. The ranch dressing is not homemade it’s absolutely horrible. I rather eat Little Caesars than this pizza..
Not the same as it used to be, ordered a standard cheese pepperoni pizza. It did not taste the same, the whole of it tasted like it was frozen. I also got a panini as i always enjoyed them and that was awful, bread was dried out, again did not taste of the food the store was once known for. The lack of options and lack of anyone to help or service was unacceptable. Sad that my favorite sandwich and pizza spot is a thing of the past. Bummed out.

I love their Panini's!I got the Italian one heated. Yummm. They do not skimp on the meat. I stop here for lunch a lot. The young girl behind the counter could not answer my question. I wanted their frosted raspberry filled cookies.She didn't know what I was talking about. I was bragging to my friends and wanted to get a few. Oh well... great sandwhich though!

While it looks nice the service and prices are what brings this place down. If Vince and Joes was once a good store it's definitely lost that acclaim. Apparently they own the plaza and the other business owners had some choice words for their landlord too.

I have been living around the Romeo plank area for some time and truly haven’t tasted this kind of great food, staff is very respectful and friendly, truly cares about his customers and makes sure everyone is satisfied and happy and willing to make changes to the customers liking, no complaints, truly wonderful.
