If they were any slower I would have started my social security paperwork?and it wasn’t even busy. When they did get my order correct both items were good. I ordered a double beef n cheddar combo. My sandwich was smushed making it look like a regular sized sandwich. I ordered a strawberry lemonade & was offered a regular lemonade. The young lady did apologize & corrected my drink order. Everything else was correct. I ordered via drive thru & was in line for about 20 minutes.
Approx 7:15pm drive through order.Was really looking forward to Arby's sandwiches, tonight!! Wasn't what I'd hoped for...Disappointed in the quality of food after being asked to move forward to the side door. No cars ahead of me, and no inside counter customers when I was waiting. Received food after about 5 mins waiting. Ordered for myself and mom-2 beef and cheddars, 3 sliders, and order of fries.Chicken Sliders were hard and looked like they'd been sitting for awhile.Beef and cheddars were better, but honestly-mediocre, and not as fresh as usual.I absolutely don't mind being asked to pull ahead and wait for food, as long as it is worth the wait; this tonight, unfortunately wasn't.The DT order taker was nice and courteous, no issues there at all. Appreciated being given enough napkins, without having to ask.Disappointment was food Quality,not Service. Not the typical Arby's standards of Quality, for sure.?

Arby's has always been my favorite place to eat at love. That arby's sauce. I went there last night about 630 after work. And tried the new bacon burgers. They were huge and buy far the best Burger. I've ever had anywhere they are excellent. The staff was very polite to me. And the place was very clean. There was even a guy that worked there who was singing LOLI will always go back to that location. Keep up the good work crew Any time I go there. The staff will always hear me ring that bell when I leave. Thank you arby's for being my favorite restaurant

The food is rarely fresh. One time I got reheated old moz sticks when the shoft manager who left just before me cooked fresh ones for herself. The service is absolutely terrible, there is no "fast" in this fast food. But the kicker, the lobby ice. If you want to get sick, eat here. There is mold always coming out of the ice machine, I've seen employees go outside and come back in, not wash their hands, and start handling food again. What happened to this place!?
