one of my favorite places to go before school or just on regular occasions. i love the turkey havarti bragel with plain and no cream cheese paired with a teddy bear!! plus, the morning staff always remembers my order and literally can just be like “the teddy bear?” whenever i stumble on my words. definitely recommend!!

Pros: All the flavors and special drinks were available. Baristas are fast and accurate.The young there work really hard and are very friendly. they accept all bixby coupons, we are always taking advantage of a buy one get one.
Cons: More staffing on Sunday morning is needed.

I come here every morning and usually have amazing service and even better coffee. The last few times, however, the coffee has tasted like cleaning chemicals and it’s taken fifteen minutes to get a bagel and a drink. This morning my latte was sudsy from leftover soap :( it was genuinely inedible. I’m just gonna start going to the Tim Horton’s down the road.

This place is truly fantastic! They have great coffee, amazingly nice staff, and great seating spots for tutoring, working, or just hanging out with friends! Their prices are great for such amazing quality. They have certain days where specific menu items have lower prices, as well! I recommend it completely and I hope you can get a sip of Biggby Coffee.

It’s ok to say “hey I didn’t know that, thanks for the information” and leave it at that. As humans we’re constantly giving and receiving new information.
When I ask for a breve miel at a local coffee shop most of time the barista knows what I’m talking about and sometimes they don’t so I’ll politely let them know half and half, cinnamon, and honey.
So the cashier working Sunday , 9/14, around 12:30pm. What I don’t expect in return as a customer, is a combative back and forth “just so you know if you ask for that the barista may not know” which I politely agree and say no worries i understand I used to be a Biggby barista and then you proceeded with “ it may be easier to say cinnamon and honey cause I never heard of that …and then proceed to say yea I know we had it as a seasonal… like you’re contradicting yourself. When this whole interaction could’ve ended at “it has honey, cinnamon , and half and half”
Coffee is good! The place is nice and clean. Only thing is barista did not get my order right :( Other then that Coffee is good!

Love the baristas here. There has been the same friendly faces for a long time. They're always chatting with me, remember my orders, and make the drink way faster than any other Biggby around. They always have a smile on their face and tasty drinks.

I normally go here and this biggby is fantastic most of the time. I think we normally see the manager (I think) and she's absolutely wonderful, most of the girls are lovely. But we came around 10am on Saturday, May 10th and it was some girls we didn't recognize, no big deal. But this girl charged us for a large, gave us a medium, when we asked hey didn't we order a large? She said no but we checked the prices and she definitely did. She basically just dismissed us. I understand mistakes happen and that's okay but like we gave you a 5 dollar tip the least you could do is own up to the mistake. Also don't roll your eyes at my wife for mispronouncing something, that's quite rude.
