Portion sizes are amazing the staff is from me and it's a great place to just come hang out with friends

Best pancakes around!!

Everything was good about this place. Yes, they had decaf coffee plus Raisin toast.

House special stacked ham. I don't know about you but this is hardly a stacked ham. This sandwich cost me $10. The French fries were another $5. Sorry I ate half the pickel.

Frank's is a good neighborhood spot with quick service and decent portions. The Porky's Omelet is a particular favorite of mine, as it's loaded with ham, sausage, and bacon. (I substituted tomato slices for hash browns.) On my most recent visit, Sophia was my server and she did an excellent job. My coffee cup was never empty and I didn't wait long for my meal despite the fact it was a busy Saturday morning. There's nothing fancy about Frank's, but there doesn't have to be. The food and service are good and the prices are reasonable. That's all that matters to me.

Great breakfast place! Chili omelet is superb. Very very reasonable prices. Thanks to Michelle for great service even though I forgot my tea to go. Ask for blueberries in your pancakes.

Ordered quite a bit of food from here. Paid around $50 for my entire order and various items were missing. I didn't have time to go back as it was a carry out order so I just took my loss. I was missing 2 orders of pancakes and the breakfast Special that I ordered came with 3 types of meat but I only received 1 kind of meat. Lastly, the place is infested with bed bugs! I wanted toothpicks for after we ate but as I pulled the tooth picks out of the cup, there was a bed bug on the end!!! I was too in shock to properly address it and I didn't want to freak everyone in the restaurant out so I got my food and left. I should have requested a full refund and had a talk with the manager. If you dine in here, be very cautious becuase those bugs are probably in the furniture and other little convenient hiding spaces.
