I ordered 2 subs. 2 Italian subs, and I called 4 times and the guy kept putting me on hold the first and second time I waited and waited and waited no return. So I called back again and they picked up the phone and said, hold and hung up again. So I called back one more time. He finally answered and said, may I take your order? Well, I gave him my order. And I said, it's a pickup, I was going to come and pick it up. And he said, okay, to be ready in 1520 minutes. And he hung up on me. I wasn't done ordering. I was going to order more stuff, but I changed my mind. You need to check out your employees. That one was really rude. I was there on October 13th, around 730 or earlier PM. Other than that, the subs were awesome. I had no problems with the food. The service was terrible. These young kids nowadays are bringing the fast food business is down really quick. Your customer service on the phone really blows.

Placed an order on 50 cent Wednesday, ordered the chicken wings. My order number was 39, the chicken was burnt and hard. It wasn’t fit for a dog to eat. I notified the store and asked if they meant to send burnt wings, thinking they would pick them up and bring me a fresh batch, but they didn’t even offer to replace them. I’m 82 and my gums were unable accept the wing, as they were to hard. I even sent an e-mail and told them : I could send pictures if needed.

Just ordered, A pizza and a salad. The crust on the pizza was so thin like cardboard mind you I didn't order thin crust. Now for the salad Greek, when first ordering they said no lettuce for the salad, but then they said by the time of delivery they should receive some. So I agreed to continue with the ordered I ordered chicken on top of the salad and got day old chopped up chicken fingers WOW. So that been said please do not order from this establishment.

Disappointed recommended this place to my customer Mike Abood older gentleman he stood in line for over 10 mins while employee played on his phone and ignored my customer, usually great service today no! Owner needs to look at camera, my customer left unhappy not Happy

I called not once or even twice but three times to order 3 party pizzas for Sunday. The girl who answered each time seemed clueless hence the reason I kept calling back to make sure they had my order. I again called Sunday at 11:05 to make sure it was being made and no answer. I show up there which by the way I love an hour away and the guy working said there was no order. What a joke, I had an entire party waiting at a baby shower and no pizza to go with the rest of the food we had ordered. I can’t even believe how much this situation not only made me irate but also embarrassed me. So disorganized and like the staff has no idea how to do their job correctly. Never be back again
