Rita and her staff are amazing!!! I purchased lunch for my staff it wasn’t planned , I walked in fully expecting to be told no because of the amount of meals , we needed! But Ms Rita said I got you and the cashier even explained how to pre-order catering online! The food was amazing and hot so I just wanted to shout them out and thank them for a wonderful experience!

Dipping sauce should be 6. No sauces, not 1 sauce in the 2 bags Waited for tenders cooking.. Cold Fry's AND COLD FEATURED 8 piece. Only food that was hot were the tenders duh, Obviously this is normal to use this tactic to serve substandard food. We live 3 minutes away. 5 CARS ON THE LOT, WHAT A JOKE. 1st visit to this location, I would think twice if I were you.

Training for customer service is very Important.. the young lady has no customer skills..rude..so as the rudeness makes me wait longer for my uber and I'll like to speak with the manager.. I'm on a strict budget and
Angel's customer service was wonderful. Very pleasant and professional. Just her customer service alone will make me come back.. Food very fresh and hot delicious

Cannot get order correct. EVER! Joe the manager? Yeah he's literally useless. Ghetto!!!! Not only was my order missing food but the food that they got in the bag was wrong. I was obviously upset because every time I attempt to get food from this location it is messed up. I asked them for a refund or to fix my food and he refused to do anything. I'm sorry but this location is filled with a bunch of thugs that don't care. This kfc has no business even being open for business. To Joe the manager.... maybe it's time for you to get a job where you can be successful because you're just tanking this business. If I could get zero Stars I would but unfortunately Google doesn't allow that. I imagine the only reason this particular location is still running is because they're busy robbing people. It doesn't matter I complain to corporate and my next stop will be the the chamber of commerce. Maybe the township will decide that we don't need a restaurant that robs its residents.
