Terrible experience. I drove 20 minutes there and back to KFC after they forgot two Famous Bowls I paid for. I had to use my own gas and drag my kids out in the rain just to fix their mistake. When I got there, I asked for a full refund—reasonable, right? Instead, they told me to contact corporate. After being on hold forever, I told them to just remake the entire order since my food was cold by then anyway. They did remake it, but the manager had a smart mouth and zero professionalism. The store was dirty, the service was rude, and it’s clear they don’t respect paying customers at all.

It’s simply sad when you can’t get a chicken sandwich right with one request of no sauce and extra pickles. It’s impossible for that to be hard to comprehend. It’s not a game when somebody has worked 10 hours in trust who is behind the counter to make the dinner if you don’t like your job, you shouldn’t work there.

The worst customer service Ever. Tonight i asked how old was the chicken ,and employee said it just came up! Asked how many minutes has it been and employee said do you want it or not. Not gonna eat there.

the lady who answered the phone was so nice and respectful compared to our doordasher who drove off, she got us our replacements to what they were out of and gave us a better deal. 10/10

They stay in pretty good spirits. Even with the long lines. Order was right. No stress. Just smiles 😁
If you're gonna come here, only go outside of lunch or dinner hours.otherwise be ready for a long wait. MGMT is disorganized and staff consistently make orders incorrectly.

I’m very upset with todays service from kfc cashier (Ashlee) trying to hurry up and get the customer from the window is not the way, the service today was unprofessional do better.
