It’s simply sad when you can’t get a chicken sandwich right with one request of no sauce and extra pickles. It’s impossible for that to be hard to comprehend. It’s not a game when somebody has worked 10 hours in trust who is behind the counter to make the dinner if you don’t like your job, you shouldn’t work there.

The worst customer service Ever. Tonight i asked how old was the chicken ,and employee said it just came up! Asked how many minutes has it been and employee said do you want it or not. Not gonna eat there.

the lady who answered the phone was so nice and respectful compared to our doordasher who drove off, she got us our replacements to what they were out of and gave us a better deal. 10/10

They stay in pretty good spirits. Even with the long lines. Order was right. No stress. Just smiles 😁
If you're gonna come here, only go outside of lunch or dinner hours.otherwise be ready for a long wait. MGMT is disorganized and staff consistently make orders incorrectly.

No sandwiches or tenders served within one hour of close, ever. Verified by trying to get food any time within an hour of close. There’s not a sign or anything that states this, so I’m assuming they close shop early. Probably losing lots of sales from this.
