(Negative Five Stars Review)I pulled up to the drive thru and it was out of order with no sign. I only found out it was out order because afterwards I pulled up to the window and Sierra (cashier) told me the drive thru was out of order and I would have to order inside, which I understood. I then went in and ordered a hot and read with a dipping cup. I took it to my truck and began to eat, after 3 slices I noticed there was hair on the slice I was getting ready to eat. I took it back in and asked for another pizza. The cashier took it to the back to show another girl and came back to me with some one on the phone saying they couldn’t doing anything about the hair being in my food . Their reasoning was that it wasn’t hair, it was an eye lash. I then ask for a refund and was denied because they said I had already eaten 3 slices. I walked out furiously and walked back in to ask for my receipt and they made me wait after servicing two other customers causing me to feel humiliated. I asked for the pizza back and took a picture of the hair on it and left the pizza.

Laziest POS in Redford. Probably one of the slowest, worst, most sloppy restaurants in this whole town. This place needs to be shut down and the building should be redeveloped into something else. I’ll never waste my money at this place again. I’m shocked this building is STILL OPEN!

This little ceaser is TERRIBLE! I have ordered online its been over two hours and FOUR door dashers have canceled within the time frame. I tried calling the building to know the status of my order but they hang up!!! I do not recommend this location

Sat in line in the drive thru line and half and a half for a DoorDash since they had the lobby closed. Finally was next in line and they yelled at the guy in front of me. Closed the doors on him and put something in the window between them and walked away.
