The pizza was absolutely delicious I got the pepperoni stuffed crust however you guys should discontinue your wings they are awful nothing but fat no taste but pepper it's gross stop selling them

I found hair in my pizza twice. We took the pizza back to them for us to find hair in the next pizza. They don't use gloves at all and they don't look appealing nor ready for work. It's an place with no standards nor proper procedures of customer service.

The pepperoni puffs I ordered were burnt. The manager, Amber, said they were unable unable to issue me a refund. So I suggested that they remake them and I advise that I would wait patiently. She said that they would take 8 minutes. After 20 minutes she handed me a box of pepperoni puffs and said that they had just came out of the oven, once again burnt. I do not recommend going to this location. They are often packed and the service is extremely slow, and the pieces are not not good quality like other Little Caesars restaurants that I have patronize like the one on 5 Mile and Beach daily or the one on Davidson, those two are great.

Different employee from who took our order opened the window and greeted us with, āā¦whatās up?ā Food was not worth the wait. Just go to the one on five mile or middlebelt. Plus there was a shooting here like 2 months ago. Should be shut down at this point.

I had a very frustrating experience at Little Caesars on 7 mile in redford towI waited for 40 minutes, assuming my order was being prepared. When I asked the staff if there was an order under my name, they confirmed that there was. However, another 30 minutes later, I was told by another staff member that my order had been canceledāand no one bothered to inform me during all that time. This lack of communication and poor customer service was incredibly disappointing. A simple update or explanation could have saved me a lot of wasted time. DONT GO HERE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

They refuse to take orders from the drive through, are rude, and have managed to mess up every item I've ordered multiple times. Ex: raw dough bread sticks/hot and ready uncooked and without sauce. Go to the one on Middlebelt and 5 mile instead.
