Waited an hour for cold food and no socks in the grinch meal. Didn't even tell me at the speaker that they didnt have the socks. Wasted my time and money. Paid $12 for a meal that I could've bought for $8. Wouldn't even refund my money.

Waited 20 minutes for old fries and burnt buns. Ordered a regular double cheeseburger and it came with no onions or pickles. My snack wrap's tortilla was old and hard, covered in ranch on the outside, and the chicken was hard and old, too.

Awful restaurant. I went there to pick up a mobile order and I get to the window and the employees are screaming and cussing at each other. I waited for 5 mins before no one came to help me and I left without my order.

Very seldom get the order correct... Their own employees don't know the difference between a McDouble and Double Cheeseburger... Food is ALWAYS cold, so much so that the cheese doesn't even melt... Fountain pop tastes dirty... Always out of something and low on employees... And they need to stop wearing so much perfume and lotion... Several times my food tasted like it... I would say out of the last 10 times, which spanned a year at least, my food was only correct ONE time... And it takes 20 minutes to get through the line at the drive thru... Smh

The bathroom in the mens room always has some kind of varying degree of disgusting human waste in it. I'm amazed at how many different ways feces can be arranged in a public bathroom stall. Starting to wonder if this is some kind of a abstract performance art.
