No one to take your order the way you want your sandwich made. they push you to the kiosk and walk around like no one is at the counter, and after I told them that I wanted my sandwich made different then what the kiosk offers still no help but attitudes what if you didn't or don't know how to use the kiosk #moneylost cause of there lack of store and home training made y'all lose out on money, this is not the first time I've seen them do this the persons that worked 4/9/24 about 2pm should be let go!!! They're costing you guys money

Ima just say a saw some unsanitary things happen on this day , so I was at the register waiting to make my order, a guy was waiting to receive his order.. the girl who was handing the food orders wasted his ? on the floor, AND started picking them up with her bare hands ,with no hesitation. The man and I both saw it happen but she didn’t see us seeing her. So she threw the contaminated ? in the trash and continued to handle food order, ijs be mindful on who you trust handling food for you and your family…..FIVE??????????DOWN

These people suck. I’m sorry I don’t mean to be mean or rude but if you don’t speak English you don’t need to be working the drive through. Made me repeat my order so many times. My whole order was wrong and when I told them that they told me to come inside and pay extra. They gave me 1 out of 2 frappes that I ordered I also didn’t get any straw for the 1 drink I did have.
