I’m really disappointed with my experiences at this restaurant. Almost every night the food comes out cold, no matter what I order. It’s frustrating to spend money on meals that feel like they’ve been sitting out instead of being served fresh.
On top of that, there is a lady who works there that is consistently rude and unprofessional. Her attitude makes the whole experience even worse. Good customer service should be a priority, but she makes guests feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
I hope management takes these issues seriously, because the restaurant could be much better if they fixed the quality of the food and addressed the unprofessional behavior.

3 nights in a row, I went in there after work. To get 2 double quarter pounder with cheese meals, large and each day when I got back home, there were like 2 onions on each one. All 3 times and no catch up. And mustard at all. And I even explained to them to please make sure there's ketchup and mustard and all 3 times there was none. The fries were excellent. The hamburgers were terrible. October thirty first halloween.I went to the drive through.It went fast.The two times before that, I went inside to order.And I waited at the register for fifteen minutes each time before someone even came to the.Register to take my cash. There were plenty of employees inside all who were paying attention to the drive through only
And once again, November 29th I thought I would give the place another shot because it's close to home me. And my employer ordered 2 double quarter pounders, with cheese, one of the double quarter pounders was red in the middle. It was disgusting and the other one was done. I don't see how that can happen or be possible. And I've always loved their fries. This time the fries were kind of chewy. I'm really disappointed in this place. I believe you need to hire some people that have a family to feed and need a job. You keep hiring these young kids that don't want to do nothing but sit around on their damn phones in there. It's kind of sad because now I will go the extra mile to telegraph away from my house before I go there again.

im very disappointed everything is rated a zero. the staff, food, effort, and care , they taking forever i was in there for more than 2 hours waiting for my order and still havent got it, then they throw all your fries out your bag. they’re rude, they need to get shut down

We get drive through 3 days a week, after school! They are very busy but always friendly; I have never had an inaccurate order. We occasionally dine in when it’s busy. They do an excellent job cleaning the dining area (so many kids hanging out but well behaved) they can’t allow loitering and do a good job navigating that. Wonderful adult gentleman keeps them in check! lol. He’s funny too and my grandson loves him😃
Looked as if they recently had a remodel. People were friendly enough. The wait was extra extra long and not worth it. My order was given to me wrong. Fries were old although there were so many people in line old fries( cold and hard) should not have been a thing. For sure, I was cheated! I ordered 4 stripes meal and this is what I got!
