I eat here all the time, as I shouldn’t. But enjoy it. Employees are nice, it’s clean. Messed up my order a couple of times, nothing major.
Recently they’ve shut off their pop machine in the lobby to stop people from refilling their own beverages. I will not order from here again. Absolutely ridiculous.
Luckily the one right up the street is better ! Wouldn’t have known if it weren’t for this.

Reheated my fries, McDouble, McChicken, and nuggets. Surprised they didn’t have a lukewarm High-C Orange laying around too.
Disgusting and I’m so tired of the terrible service in Southfields McDonalds. Full of lazy people. Especially this McDonald’s.
Why did I wait 10minutes for my food to be reheated?
I did return and got my food replaced. Female staff was really nice. Male staff started arguing once I asked for my food redone.

Didn’t even have the drive thru open but had no signage or anything indicating it was closed. People were driving around multiple times, yelling in the microphone with no response LMAO. Took 20 minutes to get a burger. Total clown show

I would give this location a ZERO if I could!!!! The staff when ordering threw the drive thru is HORRIBLE!!! Smart mouthed,Done even let you finish your order before they keep cutting you off.They act like you being a paying customer is a problem! They are rude, disrespectful and extremely smart mouthed!!! Shame on the hiring manager for even employing people with this demeanor!!!!!

I had a horrible experience in the drive thru with staff and ended up going in only to meet the new guy that had just taken over. I didn't get his name but when I tell you he made every worry go away with granduer, experience of food service, customer appreciation, and calmness. Thank you young man. You made a possible crazy situation, Great.If you're leading this new journey of this location, I'm here for it. Thank you Sir.

We had to use the automatic system. I dont mind it, but I wasnt told to do so or asked did I need assistance. I was lucky to know how to do the service, but for those who dont know I believe they need to ask people do they need help.

The staff at this McDonald's need to be praised they all are nice caring ppl that try to save the customers money with every order. Please give them all a raise. ( McDonald's by the hospital in Farmington Hills) The Drive-thru staff best experience the lady that took my order made me smile she is a great worker & beautiful human. The lady that gave me my order was very kind. Thank you to both of you! Well done great job. We need more people like the 2 of you. May you both thrive in life.

Everyone working the night shift needs to be fired. Can’t even make a 2 cheese burger meal right! I got one of the two burger that’s supposed to come in it a the weren’t made right a the fries weren’t even cooked all the way. Do better don’t recommend.
