Slow, stand around doing nothing. Don't come to the front counter. Beyond poor customer service, rude, ignorant, pants falling down and attitude like they don't want to be there. Food made completely wrong, it was a mobile order went to the counter ignored. Then finally got Food after making q little boat.. which was freezing and made wrong. Mgr. refusing to remake mcdouvkw, because I didn't have it w/me. Said it was policy... then proceeded to use curse words, I. responded. EVERYONE ONTHAT SHIFT ESPECIALLY THE MALES NEED TO BE FIRED.

The food is excellent but the service leaves a lot to be desired, the third time I went they did not give me any kind of help and they only rejected me for not knowing how to express myself correctly in English, unfortunately I am learning and it is a little difficult for me to order quickly so I ask for help at the window, today I did not receive that help and on the contrary I ended up leaving without eating. Terrible service actually.

i don’t eat mcdonald’s anymore in general but in hs i would come here and get the worst service. the line wouldn’t even be that long and yet still be there for 30+ minutes.. i get that sometimes the rushes can be stressful and take a little longer than usual but i have literally seen them close down for “technical difficulties” when there was a man standing at the drive thru window screaming at one of the workers there. they’ve messed up me, my family, and friends’ food multiple times so i won’t be coming back.. just sayin

ALWAYS messing up orders, claiming the mobile order was canceled or doesn't exist, and always rushing you & often rude. Long wait times at the speaker and especially when they make you pull forward. Commonly out of stock on soda and other items. Annoying, don't go here

This has to be the most low quality service I've ever received. If it was only a few times, then fine, but no. They are just doing whatever here. Food is usually cold. Bathrooms normally dirty. Drive thru rude and ignorant all while the prices go up.

I was there this morning place my order through the kiosk ticket came out at 9:39 didn't leave out until after 10:00 no one ever came to the front to acknowledge us they was too busy trying to get the drive-thru down I had to ask was anyone coming to the front to take care of the people in the lobby one employee had a snappy attitude I will not be going back to that particular McDonald's again

Stopped in to use the restroom and order a coffee. After using the restroom I go to wash my hands. There was no soap or soap dispenser.... Absolutely disgusting
