If I could give this negative stars I would, after waiting well over a half over to get food I get home to find the burgers and McChicken had charred buns and HAIR in the, our fries were cold and barely half way full, the sweet tea tasted sour like it had been brewed days ago and gone bad, and my kids nuggets have cold spots like they weren't cooked all the way through, stray hairs were found in their fries, and the happy meal drink is missing. I will NEVER be returning to this McDonald's, this is absolutely disgusting. Can't even get an employee to talk to you to try n rectify any situation and get money back. This is utterly ridiculous!!!!!

This location used to be amazing, been going there for years but now it's ran by incomponent management and a work staff that does not care at all from what I saw tonight. It took 34 minutes to get 4 sandwiches and a small fry.Thought this was fast food???I'm a manager at a non "fast food" restaurant and I understand these nights happen sometimes. But at a "fast food" place...this was just horrible, they gave my order to a wrong customer, then closed the window after telling me that before I could say anything after she told me that.Like a well done steak doesn't even take 34 minutes at my work place. Other than that the food tasted different than normal "McDonald's"Also I've never made a review about any restaurant before because I've worked in the industry for 17 years, so I understand. But this tonight was just bad.Sorry but this place needs workers who care....

Every time I've been here staff have always been pretty friendly and fast. But today the young woman at the front made my morning!!! (She deserves a raise)Generally this place is great, I wish other nearby branches were this way!

Stupid people work here, especially at night they will not even acknowledge that you’re here they will not take your order. They will literally sit in side watch you pull up and not help you even during the day they don’t try to answer when you come up to the drive-through, sometimes it’ll take them up to 20 minutes just to get with you. Honestly I do not recommend this place whatsoever. Whoever hires these clowns are the most retarded people in the world. It’s like if you got a restaurant that’s 24 hours make sure you got people that work 24 hours

We waited in the drive though line for 1 WHOLE hour ( I’m not joking :/ ) before I went inside to let them know I had a drive though order I placed on the app, to which they told me “ the headsets are broken “….. THEY COILDNTVE TOLD ALL THE 10+ cars waiting outside ??! Pure

I just went through the drive-through. I ordered a large Coke and a shamrock shake. I waited 20 minutes for my order. Once I pulled away, I took a drink of my shake, and it was straight, tasted like straight toothpaste. My throat is still burning from it. I turned around I went straight back to McDonald’s went in the lobby Stood there for another 10 minutes while everyone behind the counter looked at me not one person helped me or even acknowledged I was there they looked at me, but they didn’t acknowledge me. Oh I left my shake on the counter and walked away. I tried calling them multiple times they don’t answer. This location is absolutely horrible.

NOT 24 hrsUPDATE: 50% of the time, the staff at this location get some part of my order wrong. Forgotten items, wrong sizes, no sauces, incorrect change...The other 50% of the time, you sit at the drive through speaker for 5 minutes before someone answers or it literally takes 17+ minutes just to get through the line. I'm not sure if it's because the staff is frequently obviously stoned, or poor training, or what.I'm going to spend the extra 10 minutes driving to go to a different location.
