“My husband and I absolutely love this Taco Bell. I have been eating here since the 80s as a kid and it has always held special memories for me. But the staff and management always make going there even more enjoyable since we moved back to Redford three years ago. They go above and beyond to ensure we get exactly what we ordered fast and fresh and could not be more grateful to them. Kindness is what you will get when you dine here and we are there for it. “My food is always hot and fresh, and the people that work here are super nice and friendly. Sometimes it can take a minute to get my food but when i can tell it hasnt been sitting there i dont mind at all. I will continue to visit this location!“

“Rita and her staff are amazing!!! I purchased lunch for my staff it wasn’t planned , I walked in fully expecting to be told no because of the amount of meals , we needed! But Ms Rita said I got you and the cashier even explained how to pre-order catering online! The food was amazing and hot so I just wanted to shout them out and thank them for a wonderful experience!“

“NICKY Dr's is the best Coney anywhere AROUND THE Redford, Brightmore, Detroit,Southfield, etc area. The food is ALWAYS excellent and the people who work there are great too, ALWAYS polite helpful and happy to see you even at 3 A.M. Nicky D'S REALLY IS THE VERY BEST Coney around the Detroit metro area. 💯👍“

“Got there a little before closing so they wouldn't let us come inside. Had to go to the drive-thru but the lady was pleasant and gave us all the flavors available. Just wished the scoops were a little bigger but service was nice and ice cream Sundays were great!“

“I mobile ordered for pickup: 3 coffees (iced pumpkin latte, frozen pumpkin latte, and frozen mocha latte) dozen donuts, and the new chicken wrap. They were out of donuts so I got a refund on those. (It was 5:30pm by the time I picked up my order)The wrap was AMAZING (fresh and hot) and the drinks were all made exactly as I ordered them and were also AMAZING!!The customer service was above and beyond!!!! very polite despite being busy and attention to details!!!The store was very clean and organized!!“

“This is an updated review. My original review did not have many good things to say about this Popeye's location. The management responded to my review with a lengthy sincere apology...not a preformatted canned apology... and a promise to try to do better. I do like Popeye's chicken... so I went back up today to get lunch and things were certainly different. There was a young man at the counter and his take on customer service was outstanding. He was very pleasant, upbeat, and super courteous. He made an effort to make sure I was taken care of. I asked him how long he had been working at the job and he said about 5 months, it was his first job. He was great....and my lunch was great! I'll be back again!!!“
