I actually was there this week me and my mom and we walk out because the lady that was waiting on us just ignore us the whole time your not gonna keep telling me your will be right back and then keep waiting on other people and by sister in law had the same problem this week as well and she said she's never returning other then that the food is excellent

Service at Redford grill is the worst service I've ever seen. They werent even busy!!! DO NOT GO HERE and if you do order pick up bc it's pathetic. Back in the day when my friends worked there it was amazing service and now the people who work there are incompetent AF! Never been more unsatisfied out to eat than I was there. Never again.

Food was perfect tonight and Omar took great care of us, 5 stars.

My Wife and I are here at the Redford Grill today for the 1st time and We were pleasantly surprised with the service and the food. We shared the appetizers and couldn't make room for the entrees that we ordered. I highly recommend that You try this place because, once You try it for the 1st time I'm pretty sure you're gonna come back. we shared the " Awesome Fries and Chicken wings as the appetizers and couldn't make room for the entrees. I ordered the 5 mile burger and it was Huge and it will probably be breakfast because I literally don't have room for it for Dinner. This burger has two patties cheese and bacon and fries. it looks Amazing 😍 , I Highly recommend You try this place because I don't think You'll be dissected. "KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK 💪 REDFORD GRILL AND I'LL SEE YOU SOON !"

Food was good 2/3 times, last time was mediocre. Waitress was fully inattentive every time. No refills, no asking how the food is after it was served. Wanted to like the place, will go to other local establishments in the future.

Tried and true. Always good quality food, servers are friendly, and the food comes out at a decent time. This is what you call a small town staple.

The A/C was on too high as it was only 68 degrees outside that day. The air was blowing right on us. I won't go back there until it's 90 degrees. It wasn't bad there during the hot summer months. Or maybe I'll go back in December when they put the heat on?
