First time trying. I had a #1 combo, I love how soft the bun is. It took me a minute to get home but the fries still had some heat. I'll be back to try more items on the menu.

So I literally came back to this place after a great experience the day before. Well JADA was in the building and gave a complete different experience. NEVER AGAIN. Her complete unprofessional demeanor, sitting at the register and not even acknowledging our presence. I would recommend a different location. Sorry for thise other guys the day before.

I get the same thing Everytime. Each time it's a different price. Idk what's going on. This is absurdity. On top of it all, I had to drive back through because my order was wrong and I can't stand a person who takes orders and have an attitude. You are in the wrong line of work. 🤦🏿♂️ Bad for business!
I had to come back and edit this because how do you get an order wrong twice and my fries are soggy. Terrible. 3 falafel sliders, 1 just just plane w light lettuce. 2 with just light lettuce, pickles, onions and a tomato. All came with boom sauce lettuce, tomatoes pickles and onions.
2nd time, the same without boom sauce and they refried the falafels because it's hard and falling apart. Me and my son come here often, regulars. Not anymore. 😡

I had the chicken sliders and a side of onion rings. These are the onion rings I received. Just gross honestly. Food filled with oil and soggy and didn’t have good flavor.

I ordered online and it was fresh and ready when I got there 15 minutes later. I got a original Savvy Slider, a Chicken Slider, & large fries. They both tasted great. The fries with home seasoning are also great. You get a lot of fries so when I go back I'll get the smaller option. If you're getting sliders for two or even three people I would recommend getting one large fries and splitting it, you get that many.

Went through the drive-thru. We ordered burgers, fries and buffalo chicken sliders. The packaging was better than the food and Im sure it contributes to the higher prices.

Been to several locations around Metro area, never had a problem. This one isn't up to the expectations I had based on previous experiences. The taste of the food was as expected but the construction was haphazard. The woman working the counter and drive-thru was just going through the motions. Maybe it was just a bad day for her, but it was noticeable. When there were no customers to attend to she seemed to be chastising the two men in the back. Their conversations were en Español so I could only discern tone, but there was quite a bit of raised voices. When not talking, she was on her phone leaning out the drive-thru window. The cleanliness was subpar, as well. The floor was sticky throughout, the tables were in need of being wiped down and the chairs were left haphazardly around the tables. The drink dispenser appeared to be in the middle of either servicing or cleaning with a container sitting under some of the nozzles. And while I'm here, the men's room needed attention. The trash was full, and apparently neither the soap or towel dispensers are working properly. Music was nicely in the background, though.
