10/19 around 3pm, my family and I came in and ordered several subs for the 6.99 deal. The 2 people working were very patient and accommodating. I know we may have caused a little confusion with our orders but they were very helpful and understanding. I didn't catch their names but that's why I wanted to add the date and time so that maybe the managers will know who was working at the time and can show them how grateful we are. Thank you to those that were very helpful at the time. We are very appreciative.

Came in on a busy Saturday afternoon(3/19 around 3:30) and the two employees were super accommodating. We had a large group and they were kind, flexible, and provided excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied and the sense of urgency was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this location and would not hesitate to visit again. Every time I've gone here the last 3 times have been awful. One day I went at 8 they were supposed to be open until 9 they were closed. Whenever I call people are rude and this time they hung up on me. Just terrible

Would not accept coupons, one of the girls was incredibly slow and let the Co Worker help 4 customers before she bothered to get up, food was incredibly awful compared to other subways. I don’t why they let the previous people leave, but they need to call em back and pay them more

While waiting on my sandwich to be toasted, the server began touching things with the same gloves she had on making my sandwich. She went to the back, got a container of something to put in the fridge, she touched the fridge the microwave door, then proceeded to get my sandwich out of the toaster WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON!. Ugh! I asked her could she change her gloves she got mad, looked at me, changed the gloves while grumping. She started slamming the condiments on the bread. I just left. To much cross contaminates on top of rudeness!
