The amount of times this location has been “cash only”, “card only”, or “card or exact change only” is insane.

Doesn’t help that even by fast food standards, you’re getting the laziest portions imaginable from this location. Assuming management is awol here?

We used to only pickup from the 5 mile TBell because of the amount of problems we had with our delivery orders from Merrimen and this one. We decided to give delivery a shot again during a busy week when we unexpectedly ran out of groceries for dinner. We were pleasantly surprised how good our order arrived! It arrived early, with everything we ordered, and everything was made better than expected! We've now ordered delivery two more times since with the same experience. Definitely will be ordering from this one more often.

Ouch….$12 “Deluxe” box included 1 small taco, 1 bean burrito, and their “special” street tacos. Nothing at all in these “tacos”. Total waste of money and mostly time, 30 min wait as well….looks like “fast food” is finally not worth it these days. Do better

Drive thru window employees need a lot more customer service training. Why is it so hard to just be friendly and not give off a vibe of "bothering you " . No thanks, I'll go elsewhere. Friendly service goes along way. A thank you is common courtesy, not a " yep" . Get it together Taco bell

I placed an order for an burrito with no meat and a side of rice still received the meat on my burrito as well as the side of rice looks like you can eat it in one scoop I went back and still didn’t get my food right i was forced to eat something I didn’t want the second time going back my burrito did not have no beans and no meant which was fine that’s what I asked for whoever their cook is does not know to how to listen or pay attention to proper instructions the customer service was wonderful he understood what I was trying to order as well as tried to accommodate me with twist or cinnamon balls I politely declined and asked for another drink but did not get the main thing I went for

If I could give zero stars I would. Incredibly rude manager who will blame his mistakes and bad attitude to short staff. Then when you call to get an order fixed for a second time, they’ll say there’s nothing they can do and talking to you is the best costumer service he can give. I understand mistakes happening with short staff as I’ve worked the food industry and retail for years. But to give your customers attitude and bad service because of a mistake he has made and then blaming the customer is where it gets to an inappropriate reaction. We’ve requested follow up from corporate for this visit and disputed the charge for not getting our whole order. Save yourself the time and drive five minutes to a different Taco Bell.
