My husband and I absolutely love this Taco Bell. I have been eating here since the 80s as a kid and it has always held special memories for me. But the staff and management always make going there even more enjoyable since we moved back to Redford three years ago. They go above and beyond to ensure we get exactly what we ordered fast and fresh and could not be more grateful to them. Kindness is what you will get when you dine here and we are there for it. The drive thru AI is taking away from the customization portion of your experience. I have never been to this location and didnt think it was open. I was unable to customize my husband's order with the AI and I didnt get any sauce for my order. I understand AI is here but its limited still and didnt result in a good experience for me, unexpected for the food industry.

I eat lunch there at times everytime I get Doritos tacos by the time I get literally 5 minutes away, and they dont take to drain grease off your taco is in pieces, and for some strange reason every cool ranch taco is broken at the top. You pick it up its falling apart.

Went to a different Taco Bell today and greatly regretted it. This location is timely with order preparations and fills the burritos and tacos properly. They also don't let your food sit on the counter in the back for 20 mins like the one on grand river did to me. This location will be my regular spot. Puck all them other ones. This is the one to go to!

I came to the drive-through and I ordered a supreme box. I got a chicken Chalupa with no tomatoes and they proceeded to give me no chicken and tomatoes when I asked for no tomatoes and then I asked for a five layer beefy burrito with no beans and they gave me beans and they gave me no beef.
