sometimes they’re nice in the drive thru but today i ordered over doordash and it took forever & my food was cold. i wish i could say it was the first time but it wasn’t.

Went through the drive through the first guy who started our order was rude and had an attitude the girl that stepped In after had a small attitude as well. The food was prepared poorly my quesadilla was barely full at all and was stuck to the wrapper.

The guy who took our order was very rude and impatient. He first started taking our order then told us to hang on and went to do whatever then came back said “is that is” and when we were verifying that he had got the last item we wanted before rudely telling us to wait he got an attitude and when we still had more he didn’t seem happy. We weren’t done with our order for a family of 8 and he didn’t seem happy we had more. Then passed the headset to some girl who was nice.
THEN when they handed us the order they didn’t mark diet and regular on the Pepsi and gave the WHOLE order in one bag causing the bag to rip while we were going inside the house $60 worth of food for the family GONE! Ruined.
Also any time we usually go to this specific location they never have anything and claim they are “out of stock” and then when we ask for something different because of that they don’t seem happy.

Ordered food late at night, had a slight wait but what do you expect when there is only one person running the whole kitchen at night, food was hot, correct and the lady was really nice.

Terrible the staff literally just lied to me in the drive-thru saying the crispy nuggets was discontinued so I when to another Taco Bell 2 miles down on 9 mile& telegraph rd and guess what they had them there

$7 nuggets that taste as good as they look (which was not good at all). Avoid.

ALWAYS CLOSED, DOORS ALWAYS LOCKED DURING BUSINESS HOURS. THEY WILL NOT ALLOW U TO PLACE A ORDER AT DRIVE THRU WINDOW AFTER LIKE 9PM!!! Pick up orders or DoorDash only!! Very rude customer service. Staff can’t follow simple instructions on the orders .

Place an order online, there was a bit of a wait even though only one car in front of me and two of my items were wrong.

"I asked for no ice in my drink, but they still gave me ice. When I pointed this out and returned the drink, the staff slammed the door in my face. On top of that, when I asked for a refund, they started cussing at me as I was leaving. Completely unacceptable behavior. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location."
