This location at Grand River and Inkster Rd in Redford MI is open 24hours at least they have a sign up stating they are 24hrs. I pulled up in drive thru tonight at 1:30am and guy came on speaker asked me if I was using mobile order or door dash and I told him I was not. He then proceeded to tell me they are currently cleaning ALL the grills and I would not be able to place an order I can only place an order thru door dash or on my mobile app. I asked if the grills are not in use how is it that u can do those types of orders but I'm here in person at speaker but camn not place an order. He said they won't make it and I only have the two options. I did not use my mobile app because I was paying with cash so I came out in the cold just to be turned away. I do not understand how grilled orders can be placed online but not at speaker. Very disappointing and he didn't even try to explain very dry, matter of fact, and didn't even say sorry for the inconvenience. Won't be going there any more.

Does your guys manager/owner know that you guys are almost ALWAYS closed? I’ve given up on trying. 9pm this time, thinking k made it in time… nope. I pull up to the window and they’re closed. Yet, there’s still employees there milking the clock….

I come here this morning. I got a burrito and a hash brown. All I asked was for sauces and the lady proceeded to catch an attitude make a smart comment and only put two in the bag. I think that’s very disgrace and racism and if you don’t like your job quit And Taco Bell needs to do better at their employees person just asked for four sauce is not like I’m asking for 10 and the breakfast sauce you know it’s chunky it sticks in the pack so you know barely comes out a little bit comes out at a time and then on top of that I just asked for four sauces. There’s nothing wrong with that

The bitter old lady with the 3 teeth in the front drive through in the morning is rude ! Everytime I come here for breakfast she’s here rude , mean and bitter with the absolute worse customer service ! I’ve literally seen cars leave the drive thru line because she comes on the intercom mean she needs to be fired !!! Hire someone that actually wants to work instead of pushing customers away with her bad attitude !

I literally just got a double stack that had no nacho cheese and no meat or fiesta strips. It was just 2 shells and lettuce. Taco Bell please pay these workers more so they care just a little please

I came through today and my food was fresh and put together nicely!! Customer service was good, I didn’t wait a long time either!! 10/10!! Keep him around for sure!!
