Absolutely worst tim hortons ever, just went to buy a bagel and coffee and they tell me they dont sell food, this happens almost every single time i come here, ill never go to this tim Hortons again, apparently all there employees can only be tasked with making coffee and nothing else, i see why this one has been shut down so many time. Absolutely ridiculous.

I would like to know if there is a less then rating. I stopped in the drive thru to get 2 breakfast snack wrappers. The lady states they don’t carry snack wrappers only the regular ones. I tell her, well it says right here on your menu breakfast snack wrappers. She then tells me yeah we no longer carry those and even if we tell the owners they don’t change the menu board. What?!?! Even if that is true, you can’t go out there with some tape or a piece of paper or something that covers it or states that you no longer carry those. Who’s running that place and what kind of crap management is there? Absolutely horrible customer service!!

It’s the worst place I went and got coffee and they put old milk in my coffee I didn’t take pictures before I poured some out but it was so thick I couldn’t even drink it then when I went back to say something the guy the worker was so mad because of it like why be mad I’m just trying to let you know

I came to the Tim Hortons. I got a medium triple triple with a shot of espresso. They gave me spoiled milk in my coffee. I went back to talk to the manager. The manager started screaming at me, trying to attack me and cuss me in the shop, all I was trying to tell him was brother, the coffee you gave me the milk was spoiled. He started screaming yelling at me telling me I’m gonna pay for the coffee. I said no problem I will pay for it it’s not a big deal. You don’t have to scream at me and cuss at me he’s ready to attack me in a shop This is the worst Tim Horton you can go to, and this guy have the worst attitude, but I will be making a complaint to corporate

I attempted to buy 2 dozen donuts for my summer school kids this morning at Tim Hortons and there were gnats on the donuts. Also, there were at least 10 of them laying dead on the bottom of the shelving container all the trays of donuts were in. I mentioned it to the manager who was working there and he called for a worker to take care of the issue but she never came over to handle the matter. I told him never mind and and as I was leaving then he said "Have a great day and thanks for wasting my time." I told him that was very rude and I am calling headquarters on him. I will never buy anything from this location again and the customer service was horrible. Additionally, upon leaving I noticed that the windows were all dirty with finger marks on them as if they have never been cleaned before.

I arrived a few mins after 6pm (they close at 8pm) I ordered a drink and before I could even finish speaking the lady said ya ok that it? And I said could I also get a chocolate chip muffin she said no don't have it and I said okay one moment and was looking at the menu and went to ask for a donut and she very snappily said we have no food are you done with your order?
First of all you're open for another almost 2 hours! How have you allowed yourself to run out of food while still open and second why was I met with so much hostility!?

Before work, I pull in the drive thru, take a moment to glance at the menu and began to order my food. Two glazed donuts… THEY HAD NO DONUTS AT 7:45AM!! One, you could have told me that when I pulled up and saved me some time.

I just left Tim Hortons with no food. I walked in with one other person in front of me. He got his food and left. I patiently waited to be served. I do want to make sure you understand, I was the ONLY customer in the store and there was NO ONE in the drive thru. The cashier walked past me 3 times, did not make eye contact with me, and went to just chit chat with his other coworkers. I stood there for an additional 5 minutes until realizing I was being ignored. So I left. I’m not coming back here. That was so rude! And YES he did see me while he was helping the customer that left just before me. NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED ME
