Alexis is most friendly, sweet, and hard working young lady in all of the Tubby's frandises in Michigan. At times she works alone, and never complains plus her customer service is awesome. Give that woman a raise Tubby's!! Thank you

Stopped in for the mushroom steak and cheese and was not disappointed. I also ordered some fried mushrooms and the batter tasted weird. Not sure if they changed it but not good anymore.

If this place was not so filthy dirty I would actually be upset that they are refusing to serve me food but in reality it's probably a good thing for my health. This place is open until 10:00 p.m. last week I came in after work at 9:15 p.m. I was in the lobby for about 10 minutes by myself before I decided to call and tell them that I'm standing there and waiting for service. Today I come in at the exact same time and the same thing happened, except this time when she finally came to the register she tells me she's closed. Where's the consistency? Google says you're open last week at this time you were open your door is open you are here and your oven is on why are you telling me that you're closed? Is it pure laziness? I'm failing to see any other possibility.

Terrible service did not have any Olives I got a Philly large with olives which they didn't have any and didn't no until I paid when the manager came in and started making my order..with jalapeños ..meat was for a small nosauce got a refund for the olives and ask how much does a tubby sauce to go cost 50c. And was told because my grandfather was nice ill give it to u for free when I drove off to eat it wasn't even the hot peppers on there. Terrible didn't want it without the olives and now no peppers either and I paid! The only thing was good was the poppers. Threw the sandwich away and I tipped 1.50...smh

I ordered from here and my food came completely stale, the bread was crumbling in my hand. The sandwich was not cut completely in half. The food was also ice cold. The owner Mariana tried to blame the food being cold on the Uber driver when my app stated he arrived to me early. She also had no explanation to why the food was stale and thrown together for a pig.

Alexis had amazing customer service and persona. I was truly impressed with her ability to provide impeccable service while being very personable. The food here has always been great, but it's not very often that you get that from a restaurant with quality customer service. You can tell the people working here are all about making the customers feel welcome.

I've been here 100's of times. I moved to Florida about 5 years ago. There are no Tubbys in Florida so make it a point to go when I'm back home. Well went today and first of all there are now 3 other brands on the building besides Tubbys. Not sure what they were don't remember it was some pizza name and I think cupcakes. Go inside looks somewhat abandoned. Had to yell through the bulletproof window to hopefully alert someone. Just about to walk out and someone appears from the back. Ordered my 2 subs which were good as usual but the place was kinda gross. Will be going to a different location next time.
