Alexis had amazing customer service and persona. I was truly impressed with her ability to provide impeccable service while being very personable. The food here has always been great, but it's not very often that you get that from a restaurant with quality customer service. You can tell the people working here are all about making the customers feel welcome.
I've been here 100's of times. I moved to Florida about 5 years ago. There are no Tubbys in Florida so make it a point to go when I'm back home. Well went today and first of all there are now 3 other brands on the building besides Tubbys. Not sure what they were don't remember it was some pizza name and I think cupcakes. Go inside looks somewhat abandoned. Had to yell through the bulletproof window to hopefully alert someone. Just about to walk out and someone...
All the subs are delectable and I frequent this establishment often. The staff are very courteous as always. I feel that they have maintained their high standards through the past and present.
