I came to this Buger King and I will never come back I had a horrible experience with racism as a black man coming into this establishment. The young lady at the counter as the cashier treated me like I was dirty, and then she rolled the rug up didn’t wash her hands and serving people food. It was an experience I wouldn’t want any black person to go through..

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Didn't give me the food I ordered. Made me go back up there to put the money back on my card and then gave me a number for their corporate that didn't work.

It's refreshing to walk into a fast food restaurant with actual staff and condiments available. The other place seems to be doing everything to push customers away. Brandon on the register was outgoing and friendly.

Top tier... Traveling to grand rapids and needed a quick bite to eat .. customer service was great food extremely hot and fresh... I haven't had burger this good and fresh in over 20 thanks for giving this qsr hope ..

I went in today around 2-3 Mabey and my service was amazing aswell as the food! Everything was beyond excellent, everything that was cheesy was melted and stretched perfectly. I was beyond impressed with everyone on staff. A-swell as the seating areas were all very clean! 10/10
Last of the great BK's be carful around the Demcrat table by tge main entrance.

I heard employees talking one pointed out sandwich topping were well past it's time being served. Label was expired at 2:45pm and it was after 5 pm. The other employee changed the time label to current and said this is what management would want. We don't throw nothing out here. And they continued to serve it to the customers. Night manager was rude and didn't hold good customer service skills. Other people have warned me about the food at the reed city MI burger king and now I know why they get sick there. Proceed at your own will. I will not eat here again.
